I ordered an engraved tankard for a nephew's 21st birthday. I had left it very late and when I phoned Crystal Awards and explained they without fuss moved my order to front of the queue and I received it the following day.
I was so pleased with the quality of the tankard and the excellent customer care that you can imagine my distress when I realised I'd thought the birthday was on 12th of the month instead of 13th. I went back to Crystal Awards to re-order and again they were so helpful fulfilling the order quickly and only charging me half the price.
My nephew was delighted with the tankard.

The service and the product were excellent. 4 stars because given the product and service they offer (engraving in my case) it would be helpful to be able to see a mock-up of the engraved product before signing off

I was not happy with the position of engraving on my original order but they immediately replaced it for me.

Got a really lovely award for my son's graduation : really first class job, good price, quick delivery. Nothing like some of the tacky awards you sometimes see.

Absolutely terrible. A series of mistakes: firstly, addressed the delivery to the wrong name so was originally taken away by delivery driver, then when it was received we opened the package to find someone else's trophies, which had to be recollected. A day's wait for the correct trophies to be delivered, and when they arrived: no presentation boxes even though it stated that these came with presentation boxes on the website. When I requested new presentation boxes, I was sent cardboard boxes filled with styrofoam, and then when I called up to complain, told that this was a mistake as no one had checked what was being sent before it was picked up. Had to source new boxes from another supplier as replacement would possibly have arrived too late. Received no apology.

Everything went smoothly and the glasses were liked by the reciever! (It was a gift)
However, I would recommend that they update their website and the pictures of the glasses - they look quite cheap and could do with some sprucing up! Other than that everything went fine. I'd use them again!

Engraved tankard. Tankard OK, but engraving not laid out how I'd asked. OK overall -

so, initially 3 stars. But having read the above, they immediately contacted me, offered to replace the tankard, with a different layout for the engraving. Seems there was a misunderstanding of what I said. Which, I guess, could have been my fault in the first place.

Beat that for a response, if you can....

Extremely helpful and switched on staff who spotted that I had made a mistake with a date I wanted engraved. Knowing I wanted my purchase very quickly they were so helpful and managed to avoid delivery on a day that I would be out and still meet my short timescale. Thanks!.

Great product, arrived a day early which was welcome as I had ordered with a tight timeline. Packaging ensured product arrived safely, it would have been good to have a box that was actually designed for the product though.
