Crystal Clear were very helpful throughout the process of replacing our old wooden windows. They made every effort to meet our needs and keep within our budget which we really appreciated. We made the mistake of not checking closely enough the final pre-fitting details and paid the price(literally) as one window was fitted incorrectly, despite many earlier discussions. The windows looked great on fitting, but we found some that had been badly scratched during the fitting process, and these had to be replaced as well. We are pleased with the overall appearance of our new doors and windows and the final quality of the work, but learned the lesson of the importance of double checking and monitoring everything at every stage.

Kevin and Jason were very friendly and efficient. Did and excellent job. They made sure everything was clean and clear when they left.

From the start the company were very helpful and professional. We wanted a larger window and they advised us on the design possibilities. Ordering was easy and they explained the process. The fitters were very clean and tidy. The window was fitted with minimal disruption, the result was better than we hoped for ! Overall we would recommend this company 100%

We loved our experience with CrystalClear right from the start. We visited the showroom and were greeted with a professional and curious welcome. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always willing to provide us with information and guidance. The installation process was very well executed and communicated, throughout. £5400 SAVED
Thanks to Crystal Clear for their honest and transparency,we saved £5400.

We had 6 windows that were made fitted and fitted poorly 5 years ago by another double glazing company.

Due to the draft coming through we decided to have them replaced.
We had 2 quotes of £6000 and £5400 from other double glazing companies..
Then, a friend recommended and spoke highly of Crystal Clear and that we should get a quote from them as well,so we did.

The surveyor came around and to our amazement,Said we do not need to replace these windows at all..

All the windows needs was extra ventilation and weather seals and rubbers replaced,that's it.

We were shocked as the 2 other companies did not mention that at all.

From initial contact right through to installation Crystal Clear have been a pleasure to work with. James Mizen went the extra mile in agreeing to do the work with complicated arrangements over access. James attended site in person accompanied by his sons and other colleagues to make sure everything went smoothly. Their communications were great and they are all very pleasant to deal with. Their standard of work is excellent. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Crystal Clear, and they will certainly be my ‘go to’ for any future window related work.

My new front door was fitted on 9th September and it looks great! I am really pleased with it. Kevin and Jason did a grand job very professionally and with a friendly approach.

We are delighted by the results but looking closer at the work, one is struck by their attention to detail and their unfailing attitude to get the job done well, irrespective of time. I highly recommend Crystal Clear Bristol. They are very professional and it’s so lovely to deal with an organisation that you can trust they will do what they say when they say. The two fitters Jason and Kevin were amazing. They both did a fantastic job and were extremely caring and respectful and determined in delivering a great service.
