Horrible company, they send a sales guy to your house, tells you the system has a full warranty and all you have to do is put salt in it. I have had it for 2 years no issue but the other day Water Tester comes out to check my water and try's to sell me a service package for another 49.00 a month. I am already paying 7000.00 for this system and this service package was never discussed before. So i am being told if i don't get it then if they have to come out i have to pay for labor and service charge for driving out here so basically about 80.00 to drive out and then they charge by every 15 min they told me. All this was never discussed in the beginning or i would of never bought this system. Sales guy said it was all under life time warranty just put salt. So know 4 days later my system is not working like it was what a coincidence, and when i call them and tell them i want it back the way it was before they touched it they are trying to charge me for it. Stay away from them, i am now having to fight with them and will probably have to get my lawyer to file suit to get my money back.

I finance the equipment they promised me and my wife 10 year supply of pure and gentle products we financed this water filter in November it is February and still the products are not here and apparently it's been an issue to try to keep up and catch up with Crystal clear concepts now that nobody picks up the phone and everything goes to voicemail nobody answers emails either this is all a front, they're not trustworthy at all.

Trevor and Deon installed our Crystal Clear system this morning. They were very professional and did a great job; They explained the system to us, tested our water to be sure it was perfect. They also were so neat and placed the system perfectly in our garage. I recommend this company. They are VERY customer centered.

Excellent services - The installations experts Trevor, Marquies, and Carlos did a nice job in installing the water system and they were friendly, knowledgeable and showed lots of expertise. I liked their job and I will highly recommend them for anyone who needs installation of the water system. And in overall I give them 100%. Great guys and great company - crystal clear!!!

Garland and Carlos were fast great very professionals and knowledgeable on what they do. They both answered my questions on how to take care of my water system and how to change the salted on my system

Clayton and trev were both very helpful and professional. They cleaned up everything. I am very happy to have clean water.

Josh Boushee came to our house today for our 90 day follow up and water check. Josh was very nice and very knowledgeable. We love our system and all the employees. Always are willing to help.

Josh was great, he took his time, making sure my landscaping was just right and it was 47 degrees outside.
He also services my machine and he made sure I had no more licks before he left.

The follow-up of Chrystal Clear in Grand Prairie, Texas is phenomenal. Today Josh evaluated my system a year after I bought it and he was courteous, thorough, a great educator of the system and the process he was going to do as well as while he was performing the maintenance. I appreciate Technicians who take the time to do these things. That is why I bought from Chrystal Clear and will recommend the company and Josh to anyone who asks.

I was very grateful that Tim was extremely informative and instead of your normal sales pitch (which I loathe) he educated me on the importance of clean water. I knew that I wanted clean water however I had no idea how dirty and harmful the city water could be over time. At the end of the day I want to protect my family, my investment (my home) and our health.

Preston and Ray were very courteous and worked quickly during the installation process. I am beyond excited knowing that my family and I will be able to enjoy clean water and the many benefits it provides.

My guys Garland and Ray who showed to put my system in this morning worked tediously in the cold. They took their time and did it right, showed me how to operate my new water system, and explained everything CRYSTAL CLEAR!!!! GARLAND AND RAY WERE GREAT!!!!

Fast installation. They were all done in a couple of hours and managed to keep my lawn in tact. No damage to my flower bed :) so far impressed with their service.
