Cumbrian Properties Reviews

Our property was put on sale within 2 days of Rob coming to view and value it, Sarah kept us informed of viewings and offers and we had a sale agreed within 2 weeks

Very dodgy so stay clear, houses sold before even put on the market, also rude and aggressive over the phone

Sue was great with our house rental . She took the stress out of our move and helped us along the way . It is good to be renting from Cumbrian Properties again .

It took quite a while to sell my house, for various reasons, including an agreed sale falling through. On both occasions of being listed I received viewings and offers within a couple of weeks. Sarah Nelson kept me well informed throughout the whole frustrating process either by telephone or by email. Can't recommend Cumbrian Properties any higher.

Everything sorted in a flash, Sarah and the team worked hard to get us the moving date we requested. Smooth, quick and amazing service

Very easy to deal with. Alex, Sue and Susan helped me to find the right property.

Absolutely incredible!! Sarah & the team could not be more friendly, helpful and just absolutely phenomenal from start to finish in my experience for finding a property to rent and the process to gaining the keys. Communication was 5 star and honestly made what I was expecting to be a very stressful move very smooth and effortless! Best estate agents in Cumbria!

I used Cumbrian Properties to market my rental property and find a suitable tenant. I found them to be very professional, helpful and efficient. I’ll definitely use them again.

Had cumbrian properties sell my family home
Fabulous service easy no hassle kept me informed
Big huge thank you to Jodie and I am sorry think was Mike? But especially to Charlotte who kept me in the loop with everything again big thank you 😊

Our business was both Buying & Selling. The market at this time was depressed. C.P. advertise widely a plus point. Julie was the main agent and handled the business quickly and effectively with all agents equally well briefed. The pictures in the sale brochure were not helpful and there was no floor plan offered. This business knows the market well and will respond to needs and advise accordingly. E.C

Rang to ask some questions about a property we had been to view and spoke to Maria. She was knowledgable, polite and helpful and was able to explain a number of things that I had been unsure about regarding my current property and the process of moving to rent somewhere else.

We have just completed on a purchase with Rebecca Carr at Carlisle Cumbrian Properties. I dealt with Rebecca mostly throughout the process. The whole team were very friendly and welcoming when we walked in with our dog aswell.
Thank you for a profesional and helpful journey throughout.

What else can i say but excellent .. charlotte mcgough was thorough professional and the most helpful. I cannot praise her enough for her help in the process of buying our new house , any questions or queries i had weee answered in know time .. if i was to ever movd afain i would certainly seek her out for her help ..

One of our properties became vacant so I got intouch with cumbria properties , who we have dealt with before.
They are always professional, efficent & communicate very well, keeping you informed all the time.
Our property had 8 viewings & was only empty a week before new tenant moved in,which is a record time for a turn around. Sue was really good at guiding & advising me through the list of viewing which I did. I would highly recommend their services.I have dealt with Sue, Jodie & Emma all are friendly & can't help you enough.

Made relocating a dream!

Everyone I spoke to was so helpful and kind. Really pleased with the service from Sarah and the team.

Excellent service

Excellent company to deal with, they take care of everything and are very helpful. I can't thank Adrian and the team enough.

Absolutely shocking service and completely un-professional, arrogant and aggressive attitude. I offered the asking price for a property. I was the first viewer, and a cash buyer without a house to sell. No requirement for a survey and could complete without seaches if required at break neck speed. I even put in a slightly higher offer in to secure the sale. You may ask why I didn't get the property?? That's because the estate agent did not qualify our status properly after being told I was very proceedable and could complete quickly. They also wanted to get into either a contract race and go down the greedy route of getting higher offers to get more commission. Shame on you!

Sue Moses made the process of renting Innisfree as stress free as possible. I was having difficulty with the Canopy vetting process, she took over the vetting and all was resolved in minutes. I had been on the Canopy site for some time and got little help from them even when I asked. Sue could not have been more helpful

Sarah was so professional and helpful when looking to purchase a buy to let property, I would recommend Cumbria properties outstanding service
