Hi Jane, we are sorry you haven't received your parcel. Your cushions were packaged by ourselves and sent with DPD. I can see on the tracking that you were not in to receive the delivery. Unfortunately we have no control over the couriers once the goods have left here. We don't have many issues with delivery so we are very sorry you have experienced this.

Expcected delivery today as to email of 19th October; as to DPD as to an email the day before- no communication this morning as to 11 am routes as to time and I did specify to leave in playhouse when ordering but no card as to delivery - so where is it?

Strong sturdy bunkbeds - perfect!
Ordered sturdy bunk beds and under drawers and they are perfect. Chunky & solid as we hoped for. Easy to put together and good for children and adults. The wood is lovely. Staff / communication has been excellent & delivery guys fab too. Very happy and highly recommend.
