I enrolled my daughter in the CuriousJR Grade 8 program expecting a structured academic course that would closely follow her school syllabus.
Unfortunately, our experience was quite different. While the teachers and mentors were polite and genuinely tried to help, the program itself did not meet our expectations.
Some of the issues we faced:
- No visibility into the annual academic roadmap. Even after multiple discussions, only a monthly planner could be shared, with no clarity on topic sequencing or when the syllabus would be completed.
- A significant portion of the schedule consisted of summer camp, enrichment, Olympiad, and other activities that were not relevant to my daughter's immediate academic needs.
- Since my daughter could only attend the 8:15 PM slot, subjects like English were effectively inaccessible, reducing the practical value of the program for us.
- The program did not provide the level of predictability and syllabus tracking we were looking for as parents.
After several discussions with the mentor and support team, I decided that the program was simply not the right fit for my daughter's requirements and requested cancellation and a refund as a goodwill exception. Although my request is still under review, I was surprised to receive a payment collection attempt during this period. Fortunately, I had already cancelled the ECS/NACH mandate through my bank, so the debit did not go through.
I appreciate the professionalism of the mentor and support staff, and I do not question their intent to help. However, I would strongly advise parents to thoroughly understand the course structure, class timings, syllabus coverage, refund policy, and payment terms before enrolling, especially if your child has limited availability or you are looking for a strictly syllabus-driven program.

Enrolled my daughter in Physics Wallah…
Enrolled my daughter in Physics Wallah Curious Junior after being convinced by their promises and emotional branding.
The coordinator teacher, Ms. Harmanpreet, clearly assured us that if the program did not work out for my child, she would personally help with the refund process.
The program was not suitable for my daughter, and since then:• Multiple emails sent• Multiple follow-ups done• Complete silence from the team
What is disappointing is not just the money — it is the way parents are emotionally convinced to trust these programs, only to be ignored once payment is made.
Families work hard for their money. You cannot build trust through inspirational marketing and then disappear when genuine concerns are raised.
Still waiting for a response and a fair resolution from Physics Wallah Curious Junior.

We have enroll our kid but it has been more than a month. they have failed to start the class. everytime they are giving new reason... Mr Aman was cordinater for us but he fail to allocate the class for us.

If I had to give them a rating in minus…
If I had to give them a rating in minus then I would have definitely done that. Before enrollment of my kid they did continue to call to please enroll with us and if you don't like it we will give you a full refund. but i must tell you it's all fraud. The demo teacher is different from the class teacher that my kid doesn't want to take classes also, there's no revision, they just teach each day new and won't ask them again. after taking few demo classes, i asked for a refund but it's been a more than month we haven't got any refund yet. it's a scam. They are just adding days ,no proper response and its truly "NAM BADE AND DARSHAN CHHOTE"
Please save your hard earned money, don't invest on them. They just do false promises and gives false hopes.
Be careful of this fraud
