Mala calidad aspecto horrible no aceptan devolución aunque intente devolverlo casi al momento.

No le doy menos porque no puedo. La primera vez muy bien pero la segunda fatal, te lo envían muy rápido eso es lo único pero les aconsejo que miren antes de pagar porque a mí me mandaron todo mal mala talla, otro color y que creéis que hacen ellos pues nada 50 euros tirado a la basura.

Es malísima, me sentí estafada con el producto no es lo que muestran en redes no comprime absolutamente nada, oh sorpresa la encuentro en Shein por 9,00 /15,00€ la pedí también en Shein para validarlo y son totalmente iguales, la faja NO viene marcada con curvify es la marquilla de Shein, qué experiencia tan horrible👎👎👎👎👎

Pesimooo servicio, estan robando alas personas, suben articulos que cuando uno los ordena salen con que no los tienen y que elijas otra cosa NI SE VALE Y PARA COLMO NO REGRESAN EL REMBOLSO....
VOMOS A UNIRNOS PARA DEMANDAR POR LO QUE WH LEIDO YA SONOS MUCHAS QUE LE HACEN LO MISMO.

Les recomiendo que no compren fajas por este sitio, no tiene un teléfono donde comunicarse, no tienen garantía de nada, juegan con el cliente como se les da la gana, el pedido llega como no es, es fatal no lo recomiendo.
Vallan a una tienda física, no compren aquí.

I had a horrible experience with Curvyfaja and the merchandise was not cheap. The did not fit well and I wanted a refund. Customer service gave me such a hard time being that your company is a big one. I am a customer and I need satisfaction as well as you need customers to purchase you items. I still need someone to help me with the return. Thank you.

me gustó el producto pues a la vista se ve muy cómodo, al hacer el pedido me preocupe pues no recibía notificaciones del estatus ,pero llego sin problema y estoy muy contenta porque si es y se siente como dice el anuncio . Gracias

Me enviaron una cinturilla y mi pedido había sido una faja moldeadora , se equivocaron en el
Envío y es imposible hacer una devolución y que me envíen lo que pedí , o q me reembolsen el dinero , mala experiencia

Me llegó algo que no pedí. He reclamado y me respondieron dos correos indicando que pronto lo solucionarían; dos meses después, ni me han dejado devolver, ni hay reembolso y no responden los correos. Una estafa!

Don't buy from Curvy-Faja—unless you want to throw your money away. They don't accept returns the way they advertise, and the material is of very low quality. The sizing isn't standard compared to leggings from a regular store—plus, they don't even come with a label. Customer service is terrible; they only reply to one email, just to offer you a 20% discount on your next purchase. There is no way I'm ever buying anything from them again.

You cannot return items so keep that in mind

I love the girdle; it has great compression. It doesn't roll down when I put on pants. As soon as it doesn't fit anymore, I'll buy a smaller one.

I ordered jeans it took two weeks or more to receive.The description and size chart off and did not fit .when I emailed for return they said I had to do it myself and it would be better to get 20% off.Very bad customer experience.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $ OR TIME! I just wanted to exchange the items I ordered. I based on their measurements, but they are incorrect. I was told to give the 2 items to a family/friend and they would give me a discount on my next purchase. They said I would have to pay return fees and mail them back to China, and it is a "complex and expensive " process.
I am appalled and shocked this is the level of response I get. It says on their website I have a 30 day exchange-return window. I just wanted to return these two items and get my money back. I'm extremely disappointed and will never ever order from them again!

The experience was horrible; first, you sell your merchandise coming from China which took 2-3 weeks to arrive and the worst was that it didn’t fit; secondly, I sent an email to try and get a return label, you don’t provide it and thirdly, I was told I had to pay the return fee and the additional fee for taxes. This situation obviously obliges the customer to keep the merchandise since the cost of return is more than the merchandise.
