DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CUSTOM INK
I ordered shirts for a vacation and one of them had a printing error with the name on the back (letters literally half printed). Clearly no quality check was done because anyone looking at the shirt would clearly see something was wrong.
I reported the issue and receive a replacement that had the exact same printing defect. Customer Service initially said they contacted the printer and would get back the next day.
Over a week has now passed with no resolution and now they won’t get the replacement to me by the date I needed them by.
Customer Service is completely useless. I get no updates unless I reach out. And even then it’s just a generic message saying it’s a top priority.
If you need shirts by a specific deadline printed properly, DO NOT use CustomInk. The ineptitude is ridiculous.

they are stupid.
I ordered t shirts for work 50/50 charcoal heather gray direct to fabric. i got sent this cheesy iron on it was awful. and this was after I ordered them while talking to the individual sales lady specifically requesting direct to garment. so I called and said this is not right. btw a message and an email later I still had to call them myself no one returned my messages. then they said so sorry we will fix it then another email comes through saying they cannot do direct to fabric on the t shirts in that color w the 50/50 and suggested a light color, uh i literally have tons of the exact shirt that i requested from another print shop that unfortunately retired and i can no longer use them so that being said I KNOW for a fact that you CAN print them the way I asked on the shirt I asked for. I will NOT be using them again. Don't waste your time people.

“As a business owner, I rely on quality and reliability Custom Ink failed on both. The final product didn’t match expectations, and the overall quality didn’t justify the price. Delays and lack of accountability from customer service made it worse. Two orders, same issue. That’s unacceptable, especially at their prices. This caused unnecessary delays and reflects a lack of quality control. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
