Have used this company before and received what I ordered, but recent order not received and they have taken my money.
Website now shut, all email addresses shut down

It's a scam.. This company is no longer, I placed an order in December. They charged me, never replied to my emails since.

Used this company for years and always been happy with the tracking,communication and quality of their products. I ordered my dogs a collar and leash each in September and still January 8th 2026 not received any of them. My emails are getting sent back to me.

Last time I ordered embroidered pet collars i was really pleased. I changed phone number and needed new collars which I ordered together with a lead, on November 16th last year. I received a confirmation email saying it would be 2 or 3 weeks. Fine, but I have received nothing. I've emailed help@custom
petcollars.co.uk twice now and each time the email is returned undelivered. How do I get my £35 back!

Scam business

Placed order 6th November, 2 months later still waiting. Emails just bounce back & no response from instagram & Facebook messenger.

They continue to advertise, take people’s money & not deliver.

BE WARNED... I am still waiting after two months. They are not responding to my emails, and there is no tracking information for my order. This company used to be very good. I have purchased dog collars from them for over 12 years and orders always arrived within three weeks. Something has clearly changed. The service is now extremely disappointing, and nowhere near the standard it once was, so sad. Go and find another supplier, and DO NOT buy from Custom Pet Collars. It saddens me to write this review; they used to be so good.

And you still keep sending me marketing material - your New Year Sale has started... it makes my blood boil, that you are just ripping customers off.

Purchased an personalised pet collar on 22 November and there is no sign of it being posted. Tried emailing twice & sending a message via messenger and have received no response. First order was great, this time, terrible communication. Don't waste your time - go elsewhere!

IT IS A SCAM!! They took my money, no products turned up and they didn't communicate. I have reported them to Scamwatch and the ACCC

Ordered and paid 23 October 2025. Not received anything yet. They do not reply to emails and their contact number is 'not working for technical reasons'. Do not buy from this company, they are scammers.

Tried telephoning-: number not recognized!

Order not arrived, helpdesk email address not valid, phone number not recognised.

Well maybe they can start by responding to my emails and phone calls. I ordered a dog collar on the 6th the November my money was taken they sent confirmation that I should receive my order in 2/3 weeks its been a month now and still no order. I have emailed them many times but the emails just keep bouncing back and no one answers the phone

Ordered and paid, they sent noting, not even a confirmation email, they never delivered the product, they don't answer emails, and don't even have a phone number.

Goods never arrived. Emails bounced back. Phone number did not connect.

I order 2collars and not received , customer service phone number No response and email not response! Obviously company gone under but still taking peoples money 😡

I seem to be in the same position as other people. I have ordered from this company before and never had an issue. Ordered in October still no goods and the phone and email are unreachable

Ordered on Sept 18 ($39) and 3 emails, 3 facebook messages later and no reponse. Have lodged claim with credit card (stupidly didn't use Paypal as have used them previously), and reported to ACCC. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. COMPLETE SCAM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD CHARGE TOO. THEY ARE NOT IN AUSTRALIA
