Order didn’t turn up never replied to any contact I made. Awful avoid

No response from seller regarding missing items from my order, which i placed in March. I have now sort help from trading standards to complete my order.

I do not recommend the seller, I ordered Rustic Scaffold Board Shelving on the 9th of March and delivery time was within 2 weeks but order arrived 2 months later and what i received was nothing like the picture on their website. It was a very poor quality product that I put in the bin. The communication from the seller too was very poor, I contacted them on 29 March to say item has not arrived, no response, contacted them again on 6 April to cancel it as it was taking too long and I no longer need the item, they responded and said they will chase up with evri, I emailed again to say please cancel it as I no longer need it, no response. Then on 5th of May I found a package on my doorstep, when I opened it, could't believe my eyes this was the same item that I saw on their website, it's a really poor quality and I would not use it for anything. It's a waste of money.

Initially the service was very promising, however there was a massive delay in receiving the shelves and although I spoke to Dan and requested specific lengths and widths of the shelves (minimal width 23cm and maximum length 103cm), they all come at 110cm which was too long for the recess and the shortest point was 15cm which is too narrow. Therefore we had to pay to have them cut to the correct size and stuck with a shelf that is too narrow. I then requested additional floating wall screws and was promised them over a month ago, currently I am still waiting! Although the shelves are of a fantastic quality and such a reasonable price, the service and contact is appalling.
