Incredible experience at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Would recommend Daimani highly, for all hospitality needs. Only company I would use to purchase any tickets required!!

Initial reply to my hospitality package request was very quick and personal from their customer service contact. All the information I needed was provided and made my choice very simple. The purchase process itself was straightforward and efficient and the responses on purchase confirmation were immediate. Very happy at the email, phone and online service provided by this company.

Very disappointed in Daimanis offering at the Rugby World Cup. I purchased L’Expert package for England in the semis and final . It was their top package at the time. I have bought many hospitality packages for sporting events over the years and this must rank as my poorest experience. The hospitality room was half a stadium away from our actual seats. It was a small room with hardly any tables or chairs. The food was nibbles on small plates which you had to balance with your drink standing up. For the cost I expected a proper sit down meal. We received no programme and apart from being checked on entry nobody came round to check how we were, There was only 1 male toilet for the whole room, with a massive queue. The experience was so poor and far away from our seats in the stand that we did not return at half time or after the match. The actual seats in the stadium were good. However My first experience with Daimani was spoilt by the very poor hospitality. I would not recommend them to others.

Terrible customer service. Mostly a “robot says no” approach. All done very pleasantly but not helpful at all.

Team support was first class. I posed some tricky challenges but Faye found solutions. Catering team also dealt with our dietary challenges very warmly and professionally. First class all around.

I purchased hospitality tickets for 5 Rugby World Cup 2023 games. I was pleased with the seating I received as well as the hospitality offering. More importantly, the personal attention I received when asking questions prior to, and during, the tournament was phenomenal. I highly recommend their services.

Buying side of your RWC packages (not the packages themselves) is pretty nice and well set. However there is a lack of details about the facilities, causing the waste of time and extra walking. The information is not coming together with the tickets and/or during the purchase.

Paid 3k for two hospitality tickets at Stade de France which fell well short of expectations, especially given the price paid and it being considered the "Luxury" web ellis treatment - pffff. We were crammed into a windowless room with loads of other punters (the bulk of whom we spoke to were very disappointed with the cost paid and what was provided in return). Food was OK, seats were not next to, or very near to the hospitality room (the claim was best seats / golden tickets but we were effectively sat on the goal line - which by no ones standard's is the best seat in the house), drinks weren't served during the game, and there were no dedicated toilets either. Wouldn't recommend at these prices, given semi final packages are going for 2.5k!!! I'd be well peefed if I paid that and got the experience we did for 1k less!!! Going to one of the semi's but won't be doing hospitality again! Will also add that hospitality standards seemed to differ by venue as some other group who were in our 'suite' said they had box type seat and room in marseille with a view of the pitch etc. So sounded more in line with what we were expecting but not in Paris I'm afraid.
