I suggest some areas for improvement
I suggest some areas for improvement. Contact is not as fluid as expected. I also had issues with my password that took me some time to be solved. It’s not that easy to see and review my orders in the web page. I had to request feedback about when and how I am going to get my tickets and instructions, as it was not a piece of info provided when the purchase was completed. And I want to receive all my tickets electronically but I don’t have the option to do it at the web. In summary, a very good option to be able to get tickets, but not as friendly as expected (more considering the price). Hope it helps improve.

Chris Brown - Daimani (Faye)
Bought tickets through Faye at Daimani for Chris Brown concert, it was quick and easy process. Any queries i had before and after the purchase of my tickets i got an immediate response. The vip seats we were offered at the o2 was top class great view and access to the the amex lounge which meant we could eat and drink with little waiting time. This was definitely best experience i have had at the o2 with a great performance from Chris Brown. Thank you Faye and Daimani it was deifnitely worth the money!
