Dalston Mill Fabrics Reviews

Beautiful quality fabrics, great service, swift delivery, customer services extremely helpful, one of my go to fabric stores. Would definitely recommend.

The fabric i have purchased in the past has always been good quality at a very reasonable price. Which is why I always come back for more.!
The web site is easy to navigate. And i love receiving the emails letting me know about fabric on offer. On occasion I have ended up purchasing some new fabric that I've never worked with before, and enjoyed the challenge!

Love your fabric good service and excellent quality

First order from Dalston Mills and absolutely love it. Bought the William Morris poly cotton in 3 patterns. Love it, easy to cut and sew. Will be buying again from Dalston Mills. Fast service and accurate description and good quality fabrics. Delighted with order.

Great order process, prompt delivery and quality fabric.

I placed my order with Dalston Fabrics and I am delighted with both the lilac Irish linen and the Christmas fabric I have received. I made a stupid mistake when I placed my order, however I rang Dalston and they sorted it for me there and then. I am very grateful for that help. When I get time to start my project and complete it, I will post a photo of the finished item. The quality, colour and feel of the linen us first class and I highly recommend Dalston Fabrics as a quality, reliable company.

I have ordered fabric from Dalston Mills on many occasions and I have never been disappointed! Always excellent quality, as described and great thread matching too. On the sole occasion that an order was delayed, I received a prompt and efficient response and the issue was quickly resolved. Communication is great and, as a customer, one feels like an individual which is quite an achievement!

I am so, so pleased with the quality of fabric, the speedy and efficient service and delivery (the delivery driver would not leave them on the doorstep, but wanted to hand the parcel to me incase it got damp or damaged)

I have finished making my FOUR pairs of summer trousers, even though In only planned to make one pair, your fabrics were irresistible! I will be purchasing from you again, and recommending you to friends and family.

Thank you so much - I am a very happy, satisfied and impressed customer

Easy to use website for ordering with a fast and friendly service.

I was sent the wrong colour by mistake and they were so kind and helpful and the problem was fixed so quicky! The fabric itself is very high quality

One of the companies I always recommend to my students. I recently bought some premium cotton jersey, excellent quality and will definitely be on my list to purchase again. Staff are friendly and quick to handle any queries. Five star service

Using Evri is a mistake - was over a week before it arrived after a false ‘unable to deliver’. Customer services were responsive and did get it sorted. Would be five stars without Evri

Lovely fabric Great customer service. I recently ordered some batik fabric from this company and it arrived in about 2 days. The quality is very good and I think even though it was just a no pick clearance offer they chose a colour pallet that matched the main material I ordered and was exactly to my taste , though it may just be chance.(TBH I was expecting to receive the less vibrant designs )

As for customer service the 10 percent code failed, but they sent me a new one. They even refunded me at no charge and allowed me to reorder with the reduction which worked.

I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Brilliant service from Dalston Mills Fabric!
Their response time and customer care are absolutely fantastic — quick, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Christine is an absolute superstar who goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Highly recommend!

Fabric arrived promptly and was as described on the website. gorgeous denim embroidered in copper thread.

Sadly like the fabri, but less than happy that the site offers ‘10% off’ for first purchase. This just doesn’t work!

Don’t offer so you are not prepared to give.

I’ve ordered fabric quite a few times now from you and I’ve always been happy with it. The fabric is good quality and very reasonably priced. My favourite so far has been the beach huts cotton canvas. I’ve made so many things with it and had so many compliments from people when they see it
You also answer queries very promptly
Overall I would definitely recommend you to others
Thank you

I buy most of my fabrics from Dalston Mill, consistently great quality and price and delivery is super quick. Also great customer service when needed. 6 stars if possible!!

I just love their fabrics and find it hard to resist to buy more and more. Such a great variety and quality above all. Loads of useful informations re the weight of the fabric and the contents of the material which is very important to me.

Great customer service - special mention to Malcolm who is alwys most helpful with the smallest of queries. Fantastic selection of fabrics and useful website.
