These guys are exactly why we should support physical shops, I did the usual, found the cheapest online but wanted an ongoing relationship with a person, not only did they give me a great price, when I had an issue they have responded quickly and fully to my expectations, a rarely review but if you want a bike I’d definitely give them a look

A big thank you to Damian. He rescued us when my husband got a flat in pontypridd..... on a bank holiday too. We were so lucky, he picked us up on his day off, dropped us home and repaired the bike within 2 days. Amazing service, will certainly go to damiens from now on 😀

After very good communication by telephone and email over the past weeks it was great to meet Ethan in person and to collect our new Moustache. The whole team could not have been more helpful in recommending and fitting various accessories as well as explaining the functioning of the e-bike. Ethan and Steve even lifted and locked the bike onto our roof rack for the journey home! Thank you Damian Harris Cycles.

Fabulous and slick service. I ordered the bike online at midnight. That morning I received a courtesy call acknowledging the order and explaining what happens next. The bike was then the following day.

Ordered a Salsa Cutthroat from Damian, very quick turnaround, TNT managed to muck up delivery ( surprise surprise) , Damian Chase down on my behalf and I got Bike 2 days later than expected , but given I couldn't get this model anywhere , still very happy with it.
Box turned up , TNT had managed to rip off complete side of box ( little tinkers aren't they !) , but Bike was so incredibly well wrapped and protected there was no damage....very pleased , I will use again.

First of all let’s be realistic. Bikes in the pandemic and with Brexit haven’t been easy to get hold of. I ordered mine knowing I wouldn’t get it immediately and that was ok 😊.
Damian Harris Cycles were legendary. They sourced the bike and had it delivered to me. I’m not the brightest when it comes to putting things together! I emailed Damian and he sorted a replacement bolt/cap (I broke the cap 😞) immediately and I got it in the post the very next day.

I cannot recommend Damian and his team enough. Ethan is a cherub too 😊. Very knowledgeable and super helpful.

Before I start I know there is a shortage of electric bikes due to Covid and brexit. That out of the way they have had my cycle to work certificate for 11 months. Shocking communication. Couldn’t find my order even though I have so many emails confirming. Last comms was told it was pot luck if I got a bike due in in May. Why should it be pot luck. You order, you reserve your stock, you sell. If you don’t remember your order your knackered. There all in files not a spread sheet so have to start again.
Young lad tried his best. At the end of the day they do not want to sell you a bike on cycle to work scheme because it costs them. If you dont want to then don’t. Don’t keep us all hanging on in the hope you end up with a surplus you can’t sell privately and then may let us have the scraps with our certificate. Terrible terrible customer service.

Top company ordered online everyone i spoke to where friendly and helpful would use them again thank you very much

We took my husband's bicycle - originally purchased from Damian Harris in 2012 - for a full overhaul. Considering 'lockdown' we were expecting it to take some time to be 'serviced' but were pleasantly surprised. Every step of the way, my husband was kept informed of progress and a telephone call was received about two weeks after dropping the bike off, informing him it was ready for collection! A trip of nearly 50 miles to Cardiff to collect the bicycle was a real treat as we were welcomed by the Proprietor who offered an excellent level of Customer Service as we completed our transaction. Thank you Damian Harris Cycles - this is why we travelled to who we consider the 'Welsh Cycles Experts'.

Ordered a bike for my child's birthday. Email reply stating payment made. 1 week later no further response. Decided to contact them. Glad I did as they then stated it will not be delivered until end of April / May!!. If I had not contacted them I would still be expecting the bike within the 7 to 10 days stated at the time of ordering. V.POOR COMMUNICATION...

I phoned and spoke to Damian regarding purchasing an electric bike. Damian asked me a number of questions regarding what I would be using it for and recommend a Canondale Canvas Neo 2. It arrived quicker than promised and for me it’s brilliant. Thank you Damian

These guys are absolutely superb. I will freely admit to being a "high maintenance" customer, but nothing was too much trouble for them. Expert advice meant I ended up purchasing a bike make I had not considered for the same price. The bike has arrived (delivery was very quick) and it is far better suited to my requirements. I highly recommend Damian and his team, even with the mayhem of COVID their customer service was flawless. Will certainly be coming back to them for future purchases.

I bought a Bombtrack Hook in October 2020.
I placed the order on line and the shop called within a few hours to check my purchase and choice of frame size.
I think it was Damian I spoke to and he was very helpful as I was unsure which size to get. I took his advice and ordered a small frame size.
The bike arrived within 10 days which was very quick as I was advised that there might be some delays due to Covid.
Bike size is spot on for me so I'm glad I took Damians advice.
I've only ever dealt with them on line or by phone but I can't fault the service I've received.
Will be happy to buy from them again in the future. 10/10.

Excellent service from Damian Harris Cycles. Bought a bike online on Wednesday and it arrived two days later! Considering that they are in Cardiff and I'm in Kent, that is amazing. The phone communication was friendly and helpful. They called to check sizing, etc, with me and even took photos to check I was happy with the colour. The bike was well packed, so no damage would occur. I would really recommend them.

Shocking service! After pre ordering a bike with the cycle to work scheme, i received no correspondence from Damian Harris Cycles...I check on their website a few days later to now see the bike which should have been pre-ordered for me has now sold out. Called the online sales number to speak to a man who constantly just kept telling me he was confused and that there was nothing on their system for my email address even though my cycle scheme account shows I applied for my bike through them. After not being able to answer any of my questions, the man hung up and refused to answer the phone again. I pains me to think that this bunch of cowboys will still make a fortune on the run up to xmas with bike sales just because people are desperate, they don't deserve any business whatsoever, AVOID!

Brilliant customer service from Damian Harris cycles.

First they found a bike for my son, not an easy feat at the moment. Delivery was really quick, within a couple of days.

The bike was slightly damaged from delivery and they gave us the option to return, or offered us a helmet.

Really easy to deal with, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be using them again.

Here's a quick note to thank you for the amazingly professional set up of my new electric bike - it arrived yesterday and I've had my first commute on it this morning. It's ideal, even the saddle was the correct height. With lockdown, I wasn't able to come and copllect the bike, but you sorted out shipping, which was spot on. Top marks for the packaging too - perfectly protected.

I ordered a bike several months ago, and you made it clear that it would be a while until it came in, what with everything going on in the world. Long story short, I contacted you a few months after ordering, and there was still no confirmed date for the bike that I originally ordered, but you were able to suggest an alternative. I know that you only sell proper bikes, so I trusted your recommendation, and it was spot on.

I bought this using the cycle to work scheme - again, you were incredibly helpful about that, too, and that all worked without a hitch.

You won't recall, but this sale was the result of Damian's helpfulness one rainy Saturday morning last November. I came in for brake shoes for another bike, and I asked about electric hybrids. You took a good few minutes to show me the options available. With hindsight, I should have bought it there and then!
