Good service

I have bought a lot through D&B and they have always been outstanding. I made a purchase on a late Thursday, items came well packaged on the Saturday! Genuinely great people to deal with, I really enjoy spending my money with them to say the least!

Everything was perfect, starting with customer support and ending with delivery, all items were right desripted. I can recommend you this shop.

I have to give a vote of appreciation to D & B Militaria after completing an online purchase. I had some initial queries about a product which were responded to promptly and satisfactorily. Next day delivery (UK) and product arrived safely and incredibly well packaged to avoid any transit issues. Goods were as described and all in working order.
A follow up query was responded to by personal phone call from Barry and resolved.
They are a leading supplier of deactivated weapons in the UK and their website is a testimony to this.
All in all, a great experience and a company I would recommend and happy to return to in future.

So I've asked asked D&B Militaria about shipping a gas mask and a deactivated weapon to the USA.
D&B Militaria replied that shipping to the USA is "no go."
They were straight forword with that I respect that. :[

Top notch customer service. I recently placed an order with D&B and there was an issue with the delivery courier that resulted in my order getting returned. However after a quick email explaining what had happened D&B apologised and covered the cost of resending the order, i then recieved my items the very next day. I met various members of the team at Detling Mil. Show for the first time. I purchased a couple of leather and canvas strapped boxes. They kindly kept them behind the counter until the end if the day when I collected them and they gave me two polythene bags to make carriage easier. The boxes are about 9x6x8 inches, if one is allowed to use inches these days.
I just cleaned up the first one with hard soap and a nail brush, followed by a bit of oil and then polish on the leather and I now have an excellent bag. They were very expenses at £5.00 each! As I could easily use a couple for binoculars and cameras and they will make great presents, I threw caution to wind and ordered another 3. They were well packed and arrived promptly with prior notification fromRoyal Mail. The bags are superb value and just need a bit of work. There is no way that one could even make the strap for this price. Many thanks D and B

Could not have been a better experience ! I was able to pay for my order over the phone and asked that my parcel could be delivered on a day that I would be at home - this was no problem. I received my item this morning , very well packaged. 100 % happy with this company - everything was super easy !

Just placed my first order with D&B and had a great experience. Their customer service was very responsive and quick to help with any questions I had about the items. They went above and beyond by offering helpful advice and support, even for specific parts they don’t carry on their website.

On top of that, the delivery to Europe was fast, and the items fully lived up to my expectations.

Listing showed a deactivated gun in excellent condition. What arrived was a very rattling, broken, scratched, missing paintwork old useless thing, completely different to photos and description. It also had an out of date deactivation certificate from 2000 which is against the law in the UK. Rude person to deal with Barry Johnson, very insulting and condescending. Eventually got my money back after unnecessary nasty communication. Avoid.
