I recently underwent upper blepharoplasty and an eyebrow lift with Dr Arnaud Potvin. From start to finish I have had excellent care from Dr Arnaud and the team at Ezra Clinic and I am over the moon with the results. Dr Arnaud was very professional and knowledgeable and from the very first meeting he put me at ease. We discussed what would be achievable and he gave me plenty of time to ask questions before making up my mind. The surgery itself was quick, I didn't feel a thing and was on my way home a few hours after. The whole team at Ezra Clinic were excellent and made the experience as relaxed and straightforward as possible.
A couple of months on and I am absolutely delighted with the results. My scars are neat and minimal, my eyes look refreshed and natural, and the overall result is exactly what I had hoped for.
I would highly recommend Dr Arnaud Potvin to anyone considering upper blepharoplasty or a brow lift. He is professional, kind and exceptionally skilled, a master of his craft!

I recently had excision of festoons by Arnaud Potvin and Daniel Ezra. The clinic is very welcoming. Surgery was painless. The after care was excellent with several post op appointments including one with Nurse Jo whose skin care offered berlant skin care advice which was invaluable. My scars are minimal and barely noticeable. I don’t hesitate to recommend The Ezra Clinic

I had my lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning, mid face lift and upper eyelid revision surgery done at Ezra Clinic.
During consultation, both Dr Michelle and Dr Daniel listened to my concerns and advised the best possible approach. I was especially concerned about my lower eyelid hollows, which are hereditary. I also wanted to make some small adjustmets after upper eyelid surgery 2 years earlier at the same clinic.

My surgery was performed by Dr Michelle Khan, however Dr Daniel Ezra attended during the procedure.
Because there was quite a few things done at the same time, my face looked really swollen and bruised when I woke up after surgery, and following couple days, but this is to be expected.
After a week everything improved drastically. Once I got my stitches removed one week after, healing process sped up.
I am really happy with the results so far, although I realise that I need to wait another couple months for the final look. I am still a bit swollen after 2 weeks, but again, this is to be expected.
If I had to recomment a place to have your eyelids done, I would go with Ezra Clinic 100%.

I was given the best care from the moment I arrived at my first consultation to the time when the consultant discharged me at the end of my treatment- upper and lower Blepharoplasty. I have some medical issues which was gone into in great detail before the procedure which made me feel that I was in the best hands.
My consultant, Ana Duarte was amazing, totally professional but with an air of friendliness and kindness, I was sad to say goodbye to her when she signed me off.
Nurse Jo who is wonderful, she phoned me the day after the operation and was always at the end of the phone if I had any questions.

I would highly recommend Dr Tessa Fayers. She is a hugely skilled and very caring surgeon. I’m delighted with the results of my upper blepharoplasty and Ptosis procedure. From the very first consultation it was clear that Dr Fayers was the only choice for me. She is incredibly skilled and an outstanding communicator, able to explain the procedure clearly and answer all the questions I had. Every member of the Ezra Clinic team were outstanding. Julie in the office answering my endless questions is wonderful. The after care from Nurse Jo was exceptional and the team looking after me before and after my procedure were hugely professional and kind.

My partner has just had cancer removed from her face, near and around her eye. Not only has she been treated with absolute respect, honesty and care but the ‘scar’ if it can be called that, is minuscule.
More importantly, she’s just been informed, no radiotherapy needed as it appears, all the cancer has been removed.
She wanted me to give a special shout out to Tessa Fayers who, my partner said, looked after her like she was a family member. Hopefully, none of you will have to go thought through the potentially life changing diagnosis of ‘its cancer’ but if you do then I hope you find people like the people here.

I attended the clinic for consultation regarding blepharoplasty cosmetic eye surgery which was undertaken by Ana Duarte. At the initial consultation she recommended some additional treatment to further open the eyes which turned out to be very successful. The whole process was handled with excellent care and Ana has amazing skills as a surgeon and the result exceeded my expectation. The other staff at the clinic were also very capable and helpful through the theatre and after care process.

My experience at the Clinic with Jo Neaghu has been incredible. I didn’t even realise before the appointment that I was grinding my teeth and that it was causing my jaw to be enlarged. Jo has treated me with Botox in my jaw, profhilo and light Botox on my face and neck and the results are absolutely incredible. The lower half of my face is so much slimmer and snatched than before, my skin is plumper and my nasolabisl folds are greatly reduced. My skin tone and texture is better than it has been in years thanks to Jo’s treatment and skincare recommendations. I could not be happier and I won’t be going anywhere else for treatment treatments apart from to Jo.

I recently underwent corrective blepharoplasty with Professor Daniel Ezra. Understandably, I was feeling extremely apprehensive after a previous blepharoplasty had not gone as I had hoped.

From my very first contact with the Ezra Clinic and the team at 152 Harley Street, I felt genuinely cared for. Everyone went out of their way to put me at ease, and their attention to detail was exceptional.

It was the little things that made such a difference. The receptionist thoughtfully suggested ordering an extra serving of food for after my surgery in case I felt particularly hungry, and the anaesthetist contacted me several weeks beforehand to explain exactly how the sedation would work, reassuring me that I would be comfortable throughout the procedure. That conversation alone significantly eased my anxiety.

Professor Ezra took the time to listen carefully, understand my concerns and expectations, and explain everything thoroughly. His professionalism, expertise, and meticulous attention to detail gave me complete confidence that I was in the best possible hands.

The entire experience was incredibly healing, both physically and emotionally. After everything I had been through previously, I felt truly supported every step of the way.

My only regret is that I didn’t find the Ezra Clinic sooner. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Professor Ezra and his wonderful team to anyone considering blepharoplasty or corrective eyelid surgery.

Nurse Jo is a really excellent practitioner. She has tons of experience and really knows everything about the products and techniques for skin care, Botox and fillers etc. she creates a bespoke treatment for each patient. It’s so nice to have someone who listens and can give really good advice and takes time to find out about me, as well as doing my Botox injections so perfectly - no bruising.

I cannot recommend the Ezra Clinic highly enough.
Professor Daniel Ezra, assisted by Arnaud Potvin, went above and beyond in every aspect of my care. Not only did they perform a revision of my upper and lower blepharoplasty, but, more importantly, they successfully corrected a complex ectropion caused by previous surgery.
From my very first consultation, Professor Ezra and his entire team took the time to truly listen to my concerns and understand my fears. I always knew that when the time was right I would have my treatment at The Ezra Clinic .
I have followed Professor Daniel Ezra’s work for many years and latterly also that of his colleagues and there was no question that I wanted to do this once and do it properly .
I made my consultation appointment with Arnaud who at the time was Prof Ezra's fellow.
All surgical work undertaken by Auraud at the time would be under his guidance although I knew that anyone that Prof Ezra trusted with his reputation would be an excellent occuloplastic surgeon .
I met Arnaud and Daniel and told them how unhappy I was with the appearance of my upper and lower eye area and was fed up of looking exhausted . I was excited both surgeons suggested procedures that I had myself envisaged and that would improve my terribly hooded eyes and excess skin .
I was advised that upper and lower Blepharoplasty , mid face lift and bilateral direct brow lift would give me the best results but any of the procedures should give considerable improvement on their own
I couldn’t wait to have it all done!!
They explained everything thoroughly , managed my expectations and said that the result could never be ‘perfect ‘ but it would be a really great result . I was warned I would look different as I did not wish to retain any eye hoodedness . I was also told that the first week or so of recovery would be a bit rough so I was wholly prepared .
The surgery was done under twilight sedation ( it was amazing ) and ran like clockwork and was a breeze for me . Both surgeons came to see me afterwards and said how happy they were .
10 weeks later and I have just been for my second review . I am literally blown away with my results with improvements expected to continue for the next few months .The scarring is virtually imperceptible , my eye area looks at least 10 years younger .
I would do it all again tomorrow and cannot recommend Arnaud and Daniel highly enough, they are consummate professionals , warm
engaging and genuinely excited to help you look and feel your best .
Nurse Jo is absolutely fabulous too and her after care is second to none .

At age 75, I was very apprehensive approaching the clinic for a 'cosmetic' procedure. From my first contact with Tessa Fayers and her colleagues I have felt totally at ease and was soon excited about the prospect of sorting an issue I had been conscious of most of my life.
Tessa performed upper lid blepharoplasty to correct my drooping eyelids and lower transconjunctival blepharoplasty which has much improved the bags under my eyes.
At every stage I have felt well cared for and able to contact the Clinic for advice and reassurance.
I would highly recommend Tessa Fayers and the team at the Ezra Clinic.

I had a transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty with Tessa Fayers. From the start she was very clear at managing my expectations and explaining the outcomes of the surgery. She raised some important points like making sure removal was conservative to avoid hollowing which gave me confidence. The procedure was extremely smooth and I am really pleased with the initial result! Tessa is clearly a very skilled surgeon and I feel my result looks extremely natural and very carefully done. Surgery for puffy lower eyebags. Very good experience. Professional and honest throughout. Contact with clinic in run up to surgery was excellent. Tessa provided an honest assessment of what results could realistically be achieved.
On the day of surgery all clinic staff were excellent and very friendly. Very happy with results and the healing process was exactly as described. I would recommend Tessa as a surgeon to anyone considering this type of procedure.

Regarding my experience having had a UNILATERAL PTOSIS CORRECTION procedure with Dr. Tessa Fayers on 05/12/2025.

It's now 7 months post surgery and I have been hesitant to leave a negative review because for the most part, my experience was pleasant with the clinic, the staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Immediately post-surgery I confided in my partner that I was disappointed with the results because my eye looked exactly the same as it did pre-surgery, he suggested I should wait for the swelling to go down and after 7 months the drooping unfortunately hasn't improved at all as even my ophthalmologist noted when I brought it up.

It's incredibly disheartening to save up the money and confidence for a procedure to correct something you've been self conscious of for years only to come away with nothing to show for it, the drooping is still just as severe meaning the very noticeable asymmetry I had hoped to lessen is still very much apparent.

It seems other people have had a much better experience with the clinic so maybe my situation was just a massive outlier but I needed to get this off my chest as it's been incredibly distressing to say the least.

I have had two cheek filler dissolving sessions with Arnaud and I'm beyond grateful to him for restoring my face to it's baseline. I had become very depressed with my overfilled face but was petrified of going through with dissolving due to reading so many frightening stories on the internet. I was truely traumatised. Arnaud used a low dose because I was so nervous and at the second session, he used ultrasound to determine how much filler remained. I was relieved to learn there wasn't much left and that he felt I would only need that second session and that should be enough. I'm happy to say he was right and I'm back to normal. I can highly recommend the Ezra clinic for anyone who has had a bad filler experience and is nervous about dissolving. I'm so relieved to see myself again.

I recently had surgery for Ptosis repair and upper lid Blepharoplasty under the care of Ms Tessa Fayers. Following the Ptosis repair, their was still a little loose skin on one eyelid, so she booked me in and fixed it beautifully on 11th June.
She is such a talented and personable Surgeon and her attention to detail is remarkable.
I followed her instructions and 2 weeks later nobody can believe how good it looks.
I suffer from Blepharospasm and have my medical Botox with Ms Fayers too, she is so gentle and spends time making sure she injects the best place for me and not just the usual places. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

I highly recommend Dr. Arnaud Potvin! He is an exceptionally professional, patient, and deeply caring surgeon. During our consultations, he spent a lot of time thoroughly explaining my condition, offering multiple options and solutions, and clearly outlining the pros and cons of each choice.

As someone who is extremely terrified of pain, I was incredibly nervous before the surgery. However, Dr. Arnaud Potvin and his wonderful team were so professional that the entire process went seamlessly and perfectly—completely exceeding my expectations. When I woke up after the procedure, I genuinely couldn't believe it was already over! I was so astonished that I actually asked two different nurses, "Is the surgery really finished?"

Dr. Potvin’s surgical skills are truly masterful, and the ptosis correction surgery was a massive success! Best of all, I experienced absolutely no pain after the surgery. My recovery has been incredibly fast, and the final result is even better than I had ever anticipated.
