I’ve been using Darwinex Zero as an investor allocation platform, and while the concept is excellent, the execution is becoming increasingly disappointing.

From a long-term trader’s perspective, the platform itself is well-designed. It avoids unnecessary restrictions and encourages disciplined, sustainable trading rather than short-term gains. This is a big advantage compared to many other platforms.

However, the trading conditions are clearly deteriorating. Spreads have been widening, and slippage has become significantly worse over time. This is not a minor issue — it directly impacts performance and makes it harder to trade efficiently, especially for strategies that rely on precise execution.

It’s frustrating because the core idea behind Darwinex Zero is strong, but poor execution conditions are undermining the entire experience. If this trend continues, it will be difficult for serious traders to maintain consistent results.

A good platform alone is not enough — fair and stable trading conditions are essential, and this is where Darwinex Zero needs urgent improvement.

I had a very positive experience with Darwinex.

Their customer service was fast, professional, and genuinely helpful. My issue was handled very quickly and clearly, and the whole process felt smooth and well organized.

I would especially like to thank Giacomo for his kind, prompt, and efficient support. He helped resolve my request quickly and made the experience exceptionally pleasant.

I truly appreciate the high level of service and communication. Based on my experience, Darwinex stands out as a company that takes customer support seriously.

The platform is extremely complicated. I tried using it as a signal provider (I am a successful trader with my oldest account reaching 1000% gain, on another platform), but the interface is confusing, with signal provider tools and investor pages all mixed together. Navigation is difficult and unintuitive.

After I gave up on signal providing, I deposited £500 to experiment with a few signals to copy over a month and lost around £20. Stopping trades is frustrating—errors like “margin too low” appear even when there are no open positions. Withdrawals are also inconvenient; I had to withdraw in two parts, and the platform charges a fee each time.

Overall, the experience was unnecessarily complicated, and customer support frequently couldn’t answer my questions. I’m disappointed and have no plans to return.

I’ve had some missing reports as of late. Darwinex admitted the issue but still keep missing getting reports from time to time . This service can surely be improved.

The support team is very kind, but the KYC is pretty annoying. Anzway that's a good broker , but nor for beginners
