Daryl Flood Logistics has destroyed my relationship with Home Depot. As long as HD partners with DFL I will never shop at Home Depot again.
1st fridge was damaged. 2nd they didn't hook up the water saying my existing line wouldn't work and cut it off my old fridge. It would work, we had to add a nut on after they cut it, and now it is hooked up. They also damaged my storm door, and that is still not resolved. Plus, they claimed that the doors to the fridge were uneven, because the fridge wasn't level, that is also false. They did not level the fridge, because they said it can't be done till we push it back and that is also false.
When they came back to level it they sent the same guy, who when he found out there was a claim made threats telling me he was going to fight my claim, because the door they damaged was old. They have shown that to be true.
Now still dealing with their claims dept on the door. Today we had an appt at 1pm, and Noah was late, I called him and he said he was running late, I couldn't wait I had a meeting, He said they don't usually give appt times, because in logistics you can't stick to a schedule, and that I just don't understand logistics. I spent 16yrs in logistics and everything Noha says is bunk.
When Noah calls he does not speak clearly, I had no idea what his name was, the only discernable word was Flood. It is like he is saying his name is nodarFlood. The door wouldn't lock after the bent it, and we had no choice due to safety but to fix it. Now he says well if you fixed it there is nothing I can do, but I still want pictures, leave it unlocked.
It would seem the hire from the bottom of the barrell and then don't train them or do a terrible job at it. The name Daryl Flood is mud to me.

They were supposed to deliver a washer & dryer to us. They failed to show up all day Tues, then Wed, then showed up late Fri. After all that, they actually installed it incorrectly and had the hoses mixed up and had to come back one more time. Worst part was that their call center kept telling me they were on their way and that we were the next stop. That was never in the cards. Just be honest please.

TL;DR - We still don't have the rest of our possessions.

ITEMS, THIS IS THEIR RESPONSE TODAY: "Your shipment has not yet arrived to our affiliated local agent. Once they have confirmed that the shipment has arrived, a delivery date will be made available and I will notify you. Thank you for your continued patience."

The term "logistics" in their name is borderline comical. They underestimated the space someone else's stuff would take on the truck, since we were last on the truck we were in an "overflow" situation. This means we had to delay travel for a day while another crew picked up the "overflow" items, then threw them on a truck without labeling or inventorying them.

Now our "overflow" items are in their storage somewhere and they have NO urgency to get our stuff to us. The contract says they have unlimited time to get it to us and NO negative consequences.

So, basically they'l deliver it whenever someone else decides to move to our area, so it's cheaper for them even though they screwed it up.

Packers poured CHICKEN GREASE down TWO of our bathtubs - Seriously??? Company didn't care. They never care.

Also, they're all professional liars. Finger pointing everywhere, always someone else's fault but in the end we're always the ones getting screwed. Did I mention they charged our credit card for the entire cost of the move with 1/4 of our stuff still not delivered? Avoid these guys like the plague, they clearly give zero f's about their customers.

Chris, Jessica, Joe - Sales, moving coordinator and driver. All just lip service with no action.

I just had Derrick Fleming from Daryl Flood Logistics come to my house to properly install my dishwasher (which Brandon didn't do the first time). He was completely rude, put out and not professional. He refused to install the dishwasher on the sides and refused to show me how to unlock the refrigerator. I was completely appalled at his behavior and complete lack of customer service. Please fire Derrick from Daryl Flood. He is a terrible representation of your firm and makes me never want to use Home Depot or this service again for appliance install or anything else.

This was our first experience using a moving company and we were really happy with the level of service we received. The weather at both houses was terrible and the crews and driver did great. We would definitely use them again.

The Daryl Flood relocation team made a stressful experience much smoother! It was great to be able to do the majority of communication via email or video calls when needed.

Great bunch of guys. My wife and I were doing a long distance move from Austin, TX to Seattle, WA. They came in, respectfully took our belongings, and got them to our new location within the time frame they specified. Very friendly, communicative, and overall very joyful and fun guys to work with. Our stuff came in fine. Aside from a couple of plastic totes that got some minor crushing due to the amount we had, all our belongings were safe and secure.

I've moved a lot in my years, probably 6 times in the last decade. I'd say these guys are the best movers I've worked with. Would definitely work with them again in the future.

These movers were so conscientious and careful with my antique furniture--I cannot say how relieved and happy I am! I would recommend this company completely! They came on time and took time to pack each piece thoroughly for shipment from Texas to Germany. There was no concern for possible damage the way they wrapped everything--and it was all there on the receiving end, right down to the tiny key for the old secretary! THANK YOU, DARYL FLOOD!!!

Daryl and his team were excellent. They displayed a level of hustle, industry knowledge and efficency that is desired when moving. I'd reccomend this moving team for any plans in the future. 5/5

We ordered all new appliances from Hope Depot. Daryl Flood sent guys out to install. The next day we noticed water under our new fridge. Called to have them come back out to look at it. We were not able to get anyone back out for a week. So for one week after getting a new fridge we couldn't even use ice or water because we had to keep the water shut off... They finally sent someone out who fixed it.. Then one month after having all new appliances I was cooking dinner and noticed water on the floor. To realize there was water coming through the hard wood flooring. My husband pulled the fridge out.. There was a water trail but unable to locate where the water was coming from again. He then pulled out the dishwasher to see that the hose to drain all the water OUT of the dishwasher was never even connected. So every time we used the dishwasher all the water was going under the fridge, dishwasher and sink and finally had started coming out of the flooring. The hose was not even long enough to attach to where it was supposed to go. So now we are dealing with our hardwood flooring that we've only had for one year is now ruined. Our kitchen island RUINED. Not to mention tomorrow is Thanksgiving and Home Depot hasn't even gotten the insurance claim started yet...

The best moving company! Hardworking, transparent, reliable, communicative moving company I have ever worked with. Carefully packed all the items, worked with our schedule and were very professional. Highly recommend

I had a refrigerator delivered to my home by this company and the two guys that showed up were unprofessional, used profanity and caused damage to my hardwood floors. When they installed the refrigerator, they covered up the damages with a mat in order to hide the deep scratches and cuts they caused. What they did next is something that is common practice with this company (I later found out). They had me sign a paper and folded it in half where I could only see a signature line and said, "Please sign here, its for the delivery of your fridge". When I asked for a copy, they told me that i had to call Home Depot because they had to turn in both copies. I then realized I was duped. These two guys tricked me into signing the paper. Of course I complained about the damages and filed a claim through Home Depot. A guy (who's name I was told not to mention here) with Daryl Flood Relocation and Logistics called me the following week and said he was denying my claim because i signed a piece of paper where the two guys made notes that I had prior damage. This incompetent person began to laugh and even used profanity and said he was denying the claim. I can't believe, even the employees at the office are scum! What this company does is illegal and If you look on Google, there are several similar complaints where people are frustrated over this company. The Better Business Bureau has also received several complaints on this company for using trickery and deceit where paperwork has been altered by their delivery people. I also have no doubt that most 5 star reviews written for this company are fake. Believe the 1 star reviews. DO NOT use this company. Home Depot continues to use them and do not care about the customer.

They showed up precisely on time, worked efficiently and timely, very professional, and true gentlemen. Would highly recommend to all! Thank you Daryl Flood!
