I had made a large order and it arrived with most of the cans dinted. I contacted customer service and their response was
“ The good news is that the dents are cosmetic only, caused as a result of handling between our warehouse and customers' doors. We're working very closely with DPD on this and are currently trialling better packaging to improve ”
Really poor when such a large order is mostly damaged stock and you have done nothing.

Fabulous product. Been using it since it first came out. Lovely fresh flavours and ZERO calories. It’s all we drink. Very thirst quenching too. Great value.

The online staff are very helpful and the Dash drinks are just what we need when working in our garden or home. Just so refreshing.

I wanted to wean myself off sugary drinks and found plain water a bit monotonous, very glad I found Dash Water, now have a subscription so there is always a slab of deliciousness chilling in the fridge

Love the products, I have a subscription which works really well for me. It's great value, delivered quickly. I get a reminder every time so if I need to skip or adjust I can easily do so. Any time I've needed help from customer service they've been brilliant.

Dash Water is a great discovery. I don’t consume sugar or artificial sweeteners and Dash ticks both boxes as it contains neither. The drinks are refreshing and the delicate flavour is lovely and not overpowering. Great delivery, customer service and a rewards points scheme make the whole experience excellent.

Subscription makes it so easy.
Can’t go wrong with any of the flavours, the subscription is amazing value and delivered so quickly.

I found DASH drinks in a health food shop in Cork, Ireland. They are really great, you can have a treat while knowing there is no junk in them. Mild flavour and authentically without sugar and sweeteners. I hope they become more wildly available in Ireland and people support a small business that isn’t owned by a big corporation!

When a water company announces a new taste and causes anticipation, you know they are doing something good. Love it.

Hands down our favourite non alcoholic beverage as it is 0 calories without the sweeteners and additives but hits the fizzy drink cravings! Love all the new flavours but, have to say lemon is a favourite as it makes you feel like you’re having a lemonade. We have ditched the coke and lemonade and exclusively use DASH at our events now.

I’ve been a silent buyer of Dash Water for a long time now, and I’ve genuinely loved the brand from the beginning. It’s been amazing to watch the company grow, and I’m so happy to see it really getting off the ground—it truly deserves the success.

I also want to give a huge thank you to Alex, who went completely above and beyond to help me. From start to finish, they were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making everything right. Nothing was too much trouble, and the level of customer service was outstanding.

It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated, and it’s a real credit to the Dash Water team. Thank you again, Alex, for all your help—I really appreciate it, and it’s made me an even bigger supporter of the brand.

Ordered 48 cans through instagram ad and was pleased with the 50% discount. But what they managed to keep very discreet is you was in a monthly rolling subscription at full price and automatically ordered me another order. Or was going to before I cancelled it asap.

Very devious work which I don’t appreciate at all. The drinks are nice you can’t fault them. But don’t lure people in with a deal then keep them in a contract with limited knowledge. £50 a month for fizzy water. Cmon guys.

This drink was nice and refreshing but at over 1.25for small can it's not value for money just convenience.
I purchased the lime and the lemon separately and found them both pretty underwhelming.
You can buy a bottle of soda for 50p at Aldi and 4 limes/lemons for 1.50 and make the floavour wx stronger and more refreshing for a fraction of the price.
Get real UK.
Stop being sucked into these marketing crocks

What a great product I have always struggled to like the taste of water this is an easy way in these hot climates to reach for a refreshing drink. Its unique selling point of taking bruised fruit and putting it into a can is made even more special by reducing our food waste.
