Be wary of a lack of empathy
Staff seem to be belligerent of people's representation of clients moving through selling process. Communication dier and needs immediate attention.
The Client needs information which is helpful and up to date.
It is unacceptable when client has to chase up when it should be Solicitor who should be on top of matters.
Years ago I would have given advice to use this service buy not now. A total let down in performance.
