i bought a jacket off the sale, and royal mail are saying theyre still waiting fir them to send the item its been 3 weeks and ive tried to email custome support and ive had 1 reply inside 10 days

customer service is beyond the worse i’ve ever come across . constantly being ignored for days even though they are still sharing on their social media. certainly stay away from this company.

Order Refunded with no explanation
I purchased a palm angels t shirt in the sale. Then about 7 hours later I received an email saying my order was refunded with no explanation. I emailed DJK to ask why it was refunded, and still haven’t received a response. I believe these ‘sales’ are more a marketing ploy to drive more traffic to the site as I have had other friends also say their order was refunded. Very disappointed with the service.
