This is my fifth order with DJK…..Amazing Service!
This is my fifth order with DJK over two years. Every time the service has been amazing.
This time I bought two pieces of stone island in junior sizing for my nephew. Unfortunately, the sizes were two small. I had posted the items back to DJK to exchange these for a larger size but I could not track the parcel. Therefore, I dropped an email to DJK and had a response in a quick time frame. They confirmed they had my parcel. I explained I had wanted to exchange these items for a larger size and they responded back extremely fast and confirmed they had these sizes and would be shipped out.
I have recommended DJK to numerous family and friends and will continue to do so. Thank you for everything everyone at DJK!

My order never came because they became out of stock after a placed my order and i payed for it, they’ve said they had refunded it but it hasn’t been refunded they didn't give me my money back.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Absolutely shocking customer service, I have emailed 4 times in the past 3 days and haven’t had one reply, I wanted to cancel an order, didn’t get one reply so order was sent, decided to keep the item anyway but doesn’t fit have sent back at my own cost, no returns form was sent so I have just wrote a note to post back with in the hope that it will be enough, no doubt as per other reviews this sale item will only give me store credit and il be forced to purchase. Terrible company last time il be using them
