2-day delivery has turned into a 10-day delivery that David refuses to address as in their words, “carrier issues”. A birthday cake is of no consequence 10-days later. Just want my $$$ back.

Received a horrible batch of Brownies from David's Cookies and the company doesn't stand behind their products.
I wrote to better Business Bureau and they still don't stand behind their product.
I rejected their response with this:

As I stated it was a gift and I do not want to hurt the person's feelings.

I do not want nothing from this company. For I will never purchase from them as long as I live and unfortunately will have to tell others about my unpleasant experience.

I would like to post a complaint on your site letting others know about the substandard items this company offers.

It's unfortunate this company does not care about their customers!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Received dried, terrible tasting brownie bites and cake bites on May 9, 2024 in a tin that was hot from the weather. It had just been delivered and was at the door. Waste of money. Never again. Buyer beware. Nothing in box to keep it cool and moist. They don't care about their customers.

I received metal.box of cookies for xmas..waited to eat them on bottom of box said to eat or freeze....by the time I saw this they were stale...thats a terrible place for that ...had to throw them out.....rediculious all that money

Terrible! Don’t waste your money! You can get better cookies from ShopRite!

Subway has better cookies! Theytasted too sweet and were not a good texture. Waste of money imo. I wanted to try them before spending a bunch on gifts and will definitely not be buying them again, even if there's a sale.

I received these as a birthday gift. All cookies were moist, deliciously decadent. I have no idea of the cost since it was a gift.

Arrived on time and the brownies and chocolate chip cookies were fresh, moist and delicious ! Best gluten free treats ever! I will be ordering more.

The assorted cookies I received as a Birthday gift left alot to be desired. All 4 kinds were very dry and crumbly. Not the moist, chewy product I was led to believe. I would never order these for myself. And left me feeling awkward when asked by the gifter if I enjoyed the cookies. I did not, and felt the need to warn people these are not a good cookie at any price..Even milk couldn't help these bone dry things. I've consistently purchased packaged grocery store cookies that were better than David's at a fraction of the cost.

I have been ordering cookies for over 6 years, for holiday gifts. This year I placed my order online. I wanted to cancel the order and order another item instead. I called back to get a cancellation email which I never received. I asked for another agent and she did not connect me to another agent since she was rude. No cancellation email thus will not order the new product. She claims her name is Anna, in the NJ location. If David’s cookies want to loose more customers than continue to hire incompetent workers. So disappointed to have this experience.

I purchased cookies from David’s Cookie as a birthday gift for a family member. The delivery date was arrange with the order. There was a storm which did slow things down but the storm is gone and the transportation system has been up and running normally. It is now 5 days later and still no cookies. I’ve sent several emails to the company and they can’t give me any answers. DO NO Purchase from this company. They have very poor customer service and do not deliver good and service which are paid for at the time the order is placed.

I purchased raw cookie dough from QVC. It was supposed to ship with dry ice. Instead it shipped with a 4X6 gel pack that the manufacturer says will only keep things cold for up to 8 hours. Multiple days in transit, summer, no dry ice, dough arrived warm to the touch…shame on you. Someone is going to get sick from eating spoiled food containing raw eggs.

I ordered a layered dessert through QVC on 2 Feb to serve for Valentines Day. The shipping label was created 3 Feb and I received the dessert 15 Feb spoiled and not safe for consumption!!
It sat in Florida for 8 days before shipping it 2 day express! Their shipping policy for frozen items reads it must be received within 24 hours. The dessert was packed in a styrofoam container with 5 lbs of dry ice, but when I received it after getting a notice everyday that it will be delivered the next day, the dry ice was gone, the inside warm and the product spoiled!!
I had nothing to give out to my friends on Valentines Day! Thanks for nothing! Will never order another product from you!

I have never been soooo shocked as when I opened the tin of cookies that I ordered and found that ALL but three of the cookies were in crumbs !!!!! First the cookies are expensive and then to receive them in crumbs is outrageous. Thank goodness they weren't a gift to someone, that would have been embarrassing !!!!!! No more orders to David's and I will advise my family and friends !!!!!!

We purchased several tins of David's oversized chocolate chip cookies to be given as Christmas gifts. We kept one tin for our own use and when we opened it we found all the cookies were broken into many pieces. We asked our friends who we had given tins of the same cookies to and found that all their cookies were also broken. We are very disappointed in David' s cookies and in Costco as there were no options other than to return the broken cookies to the store. Won't be buying David's cookies again.

Thank you so much for the “over & above” service from David’s cookies!... I sent a gift tin to my recipient at their company address. The company was not accepting any personal packages because of the coronavirus pandemic. The gift tin was denied & returned to David’s. David’s made a fresh batch & re-sent the gift tin to my recipients home address at no additional cost to me. Thank you very much David’s Cookies !!!

I bought their 5 pound cookie tin about a year ago and it arrived in 2 days, exactly as described. Almost all the cookies were broken but they were fresh and really, really, really good. They were fresh baked and you could tell they used real ingredients in their baking and take pride in their work.
I am going to buy their Jumbo cookies next as well as their rugelach to see if it lives up to the hype. Both items have received high marks from the people who review on their website and frankly I am very surprised that nobody has reviewed David's Cookies here. They are a business worth patronizing and I am a satisfied customer of theirs.
