I appreciated the prompt response to my order for 2 neckerchieves: one was out of stock.The next day delivery was honoured with again prompt attention from David Watson. This was important as the item was a birthday present the next day.The quality and design are always to be relied upon from my lpast experience of silk and cotton items. I was very keen on a tie and ordered…
I was very keen on a tie and ordered and didn't hear for days about shipping and then informed it was out of stock. In this day and age everything should be in pretty much real time so it was disappointing. But they did offer a discount as a measure on other merch and refunded my money straightaway and I LOVE the artist's work so that's really how it went. Hopefully will be back in stock again one day and it'll get a 5 star review....
