I'd give a 0 If i could these people take your money and treat you like garbage they kicked me out due to my commitments at the job centre an they expected to just walk into my residence without a call or text an expect you to wait for them like some prisoner there partner in crime passageway housing have 2 perverts named Aadil an Hamzah who walked into my residence when I was in the bathroom with no clothes on then there boss Zoran tried to say I signed a document allowing them to do so trust me if you don't mind your privacy being invaded by perverts then by all means contact them for accommodation

Excellent service. As an investor, Alex contacts me with any houses that meet my requirements. I would be confident selling my house with Dawsons as the team works hard to promote and sell their properties.

Myself and my partner were first time buyers and we have just purchased a house with Dawsons who have been excellent throughout the process. We had previously used John Francis who we had a terrible experience with.
Since we had started the process with Dawsons, we had viewed different houses with them and needed advice with the processes. Having now completed the house purchasing procedure, their services from advice, guidance and general customer service was more than satisfactory, in and we really did appreciate their time and efforts with us. We used the Gorseinon branch in Swansea and have nothing but pleasantries in regards to their part of the service for us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else who may ask for estate agencies in the local area.

This comany lets people move in and kicks them out for no proof all thus company is bout is money and its the badest compsny ive seen and the support workers dnt have qualications and they distrect people with mental heath issues i wouldnt reccomend this to anyone and let other tennants rob ur food

We have just sold my late mother-in-law’s property through there Stalybridge branch and can honestly say there service has been superb from start to finish at a very difficult time
As both Myself and my wife have full time jobs we could not conduct viewings so we left it to Dawsons to do this. I have got to say everything was arranged with the utmost professionalism
And there were at lot of viewings feedback was excellent and the house sold in a matter of weeks at a price a lot higher than we expected

Once my contacts are in their system, you'll keep receiving lots of spam/marketing/promotional emails that I have never subscribed to. What's GDPR? Clearly Dawsons haven't heard of one.

This is the only estate agency that does that.

It was a very disappointing expereince, would not recommend it to anyone. No one is willing to help or assist at all

What a dreadful business. Drove up from Cardiff to view a flat to rent only to find that it wasn’t available. I have since realised it’s a trick to get you to meet up with them in Oder for them to offer you what they actually have to rent . So the flat on show is fictional. However, I did go and see two of these other flats and I did like one of them. I told them I would take it . They never phoned or emailed back. Absolutely shoddy service.

Despite phoning to enquire about a property in their Gorseinon Branch that I was interested in purchasing and leaving a voicemail with my contact details they never replied to me.
I also emailed them using their contact us details and yet again they did not respond!
This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever had the misfortune to try and deal with.
I won't even look at their properties again as obviously the staff do not care whether or not they make a sale!
