good platform with so much good stuff, BUT the connection to the server you trade on is TERRIBLE!
you get delay everytime price moves fast, every settings been changed as the mods on the discord have told me, and i still got Delay. Also they muted me in the discord because i guess its bad publicity

Ho cercato di dare fiducia a DeepChart, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata davvero deludente, soprattutto per chi fa trading operativo e non “per hobby”.

Il problema principale è gravissimo: utilizzando le candele Renko con il footprint attivo, le candele si chiudono all’opposto rispetto alla logica delle Renko classiche. Non è un dettaglio estetico, è un errore strutturale che altera completamente la lettura del prezzo. Se fai scalping, questo non è un bug… è un disastro.

La cosa ancora più frustrante?
Ho segnalato il problema al supporto clienti da oltre 2 mesi — e sottolineo: oltre 2 mesi — e la risposta è sempre la stessa: stanno lavorando anche ad altro, non è considerato un problema grave, bisogna avere pazienza.
No, non è accettabile. Se uno strumento base funziona male, tutto il resto perde valore.

Terzo punto, che completa il quadro: un indicatore comunissimo come i big trades viene messo dietro un abbonamento premium, come se fosse qualcosa di proprietario o esclusivo. È una funzione base presente ovunque.
Risultato? Se utilizzi una prop firm che fornisce DeepChart in comodato d’uso, ti ritrovi limitato su strumenti fondamentali che su altre piattaforme sono standard.

In sintesi:
• Bug strutturali ignorati
• Supporto lento e poco reattivo (da oltre 2 mesi…)
• Funzionalità base monetizzate in modo discutibile

Peccato, perché il potenziale ci sarebbe anche. Ma così com’è, per chi fa trading serio, è più un ostacolo che un aiuto.

Many functions are missing. Most of them offered in many others platforms at better price. I’m using it since December 2025 and I regret all money spent…

Best purchase i have ever made.
Orderflow really helped me a lot. Now if i look at normal charts I feel like I`m blind.

Very disappointing experience.
I received multiple emails (three in total) offering a “customized” renewal price of $291 for 3 months. Each email clearly presented this as a valid offer.
However, when I attempted to proceed, the price changed after login, and I was told the offer was not valid because there was no active promotion — which directly contradicts the email.
I contacted both info and support and received no response. Despite this, I continued to receive the same non-working offer again.
To be fair, the platform itself is visually appealing and the educational content — particularly from Fabio — is valuable. However, the underlying tools (volume profile, footprint, large trade detection, etc.) are not unique and exist on other platforms, sometimes under different names.
Given that, when combined with unresponsive support and unclear pricing behavior, it becomes difficult to justify continuing.
This comes across as misleading at best, and a bait-and-switch at worst.
It’s not about the ~$100 difference — it’s about trust.
I’ve decided not to renew and will be using other platforms instead.

just amazing... i only use it for 3 months and already made profits... i cant believe that how did i trade for all 4 years without deepchart... thank you andrea <3 seviliyorsun bro.

Its good platform over all solid with good foot print implementation. Tho they dont have basic features, its all in development and maybe one day they will have things that are standard for other platforms yet right now they just live off the hype that trading stars are bringing

Unprofessional Customer Support

They are dodging a response for over 10 days now: I started a thread with their sale department to ask for a refund because I am not happy with the software... all they answered multiple times is "please contact us thru whatsapp" even after I stated clearly I want a written response thru email.

All I wanted was a refund because I am not satisfied with the software, it has some problems and it's not what they told me it is.

EDIT: they kept ignoring the main part of my message (the one related to the refund), 1 month passed... so changing rating to 1 star.

I've learned more in these last three months than in the previous two years. I'm more than happy with the platform, the courses, and the live sessions.

Deepcharts changed my look on trading. Before i used to trade on tradingview and couldnt get a prop firm challenge done. Now i just passed my both phases and just starting with the funded one so deepcharts are the shit!!! in a good way of course

I've tested out various other platforms for orderflow, and by far Deepcharts is one of the most powerful and modern orderflow platforms, that not only depicts the basics of volume profile and footprints, but also uses statistical analysis and data backed algorithms to help traders with automated points of interest to enact trades. its been a rather easy entry into orderflow because of them.

Not "hype". Not "marketing". Deepcharts, as well as the team, are the real deal. Very powerful platform focused on Order Flow and Volume. Configured very intelligently out-of-the-box. Includes powerful models with proven edges as well. VERY real value from weekly live-sessions as well. Can't go wrong with this platform & team.

Support is responsive which is mission critical for any end user. Also tons of free value in education and tutorials to get you started as well as weekly live sessions to help you learn.

Deepcharts helped me understand how to read OrderFlow and how Volume really works.....so I studied and studied and finally adapted it to my trading.....I would never go back...it was a phenomenal boost for my trading career.

It's great! Great community to ask anything. Live Sessions are the best and what they teach is so much more valuable than what you have to pay to get access to this Platform.

I don’t usually write long reviews, but I actually care about this one.

DeepCharts genuinely pulled me out of a world of misinformation I’d been stuck in for almost three years. I spent a long time watching trading content on YouTube and Instagram, surrounded by big names, overhyped promises, and strategies that never felt right to me. I always avoided buying courses because something felt off — until I came across Andrea Cimi about a year ago. He was the first creator who felt honest, realistic, and actually competent, without selling dreams or making exaggerated claims. That’s what gave me enough trust to finally invest.

I followed the very first launch live, and about a week later I made the decision to go for the annual plan, including the additional training package with Fabio Valentini. That part honestly became more than just a bonus — it turned into a huge source of information and still is today.

Since this is meant to be an honest review, I’ll say it openly: like many startups at the beginning, the early phase felt a bit like rough waters. I had some difficulty scheduling the first setup call to install the software, and communication wasn’t always smooth at first. That said, it was only a temporary phase, and once things settled, the support team proved to be responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful whenever I needed assistance.

A big highlight for me has been the live sessions inside the bootcamp. I follow them daily, and they’re filled with professionals who clearly know what they’re talking about. I’ve literally watched live executions being taken and explained in real time — not just the “what,” but the reasoning behind it and how order flow was being used. That level of transparency honestly left me impressed.

I’m genuinely grateful to everyone involved in building this project from the ground up. And a special mention goes to the Discord community, which adds a lot of value:
