Even though we were frustrated that we had to wait for the replacement battery for over six months, because the current Defib has been discontinued. We got there in the end.

Very good product that we use across our business footprint. This was the best price I could find for the complete (genuine) product including battery and pads across the internet in Jul 25. When any of our 'fleet' of AEDs needs replacing or consumables in future, Defib World is the first place I will look and then a quick check that they still offer the best value for money. Your service was excellent
Your service was excellent but the delivery by Royal Mail was aweful. Received an email saying that it had been delivered went home no package. Checked the tracking and the photo was of the package not where it was left. Went on line and the only help that I was given was ask your neighbours!!! Eventually found and in our defib ready for action many thanks for your part in the process
