Have ordered from these guys now for Probably a year now. Brilliant service every single time! Was scammed before finding this site and the customer service was perfect and they reassured me that they were legit and had good knowledge of products and helped guide me to which product would suit me best. Can't recommend them enough and have even ordered for friends and have given friends the link to order for themselves too. Please make sure you're ordering from the correct website, clearly these guys are so good they have a few copycat wannabe sites. Delta will always be my go to!

Honestly I’m so grateful I found these guys! By far the best products out there. I’ve been using delta labs since they were doobie vapes and would never go anywhere else! Products never disappoint and delivery is always super fast. Any issues and it’s a simple email and sorted. Top notch!

I have placed two orders, the 'We have finished processing your order' emails came on the 3rd of March. The original purchase was 26th Feb.

My communications both on the website and my emails asking for some tracking details or an update have been ignored since then. No idea whats going on.

Been a customer on this website and the previous one and would recommend to anybody. Because I usually go a decent length of time in between orders I always find the crypto payment process a little tricky to pick up again as this is all I really use it for, but whenever I’ve had an issue the Delta Labs team always respond via email and either fix the issue or give me the info I need to fix it. Customer service is great. Delivery is always quick and all the products I’ve had have been great as well.

I have been giving my custom to these guys for around 12 months now. A couple of orders per month, every month, sometimes more, sometime less but on average ~2 transactions per month.

Since my very first transaction, which went exactly as described in their marketing and sales collateral, and having learned how to set up a crypto wallet, convert cash to crypto, and send crypto payment from my wallet, every single transaction since then has gone the same - easy to login, easy to add to my basket, easy to check exact cost and shipping (usually free shipping for me as over £50 purchase) - arriving within 2 working days if I've ordered before 3pm min-fri. Discreet, prompt, as expected deliveries. The product itself - superior to four alternative supplier types, lasts longer, better quality user experience of the product. Tick to accept a payment receipt just before you make your payment, immediately you receive the email once payment has been processed, followed quickly by a confirmation of payment received and reconciled against your order number, and another quick fire confirmation of dispatch, followed by a royal mail tracking ID. Superb. On the off chance you hit a snag with ordering or shipping or just require some guidance, you can expect a response within a couple of working days at the latest. Unfortunately, despite the company being very reliable in the past, this has changed recently for me personally.

I placed an order 5 days ago, received confirmation that "it's on its way" on Friday. Nothing has turned up yet and it is now Tuesday. I have attempted using the customer service chat several times and not received any form of response.

In addition, I have emailed the company many times and also yet to have a response regarding it. No one has got back to me via their suggested forms of communication. I am gutted to have to write this review, like I said there hasn't been any issues in the past and I am becoming growingly concerned and aggravated by the overall situation and lack of communication.

I’m a regular user of Delta labs the service has always been first class delivery is quick and prompt and staff are always very helpful.. and I find that this site has a far greater choice than most other sites.

With the website being down, I tried to order when it was briefly back up and running.
No order confirmation or anything but once getting through on the email they couldn't be more helpful.
Used my order details to make sure my product was available and made sure to ship it out that day.
Couldn't be more happy with how things have been handled given the issues they've had with the website.
