My tooth extraction 13 August ...11.00 am Ramsbottom
I had to have a tooth removed 13 th August at the Ramsbottom Bury clinic at 11.am by their resident oral surgeon ....my experience with the clinic was absolutely excellent ,....
The young female oral surgeon put me at ease immediately and so did her dental nurse....
She was professional with a very friendly and calming presence...
She had told me a week before of the procedure and what could be expected...
She examined the tooth for removal and was extremely gentle .
Gave me instructions on what to wear for comfort and when to have my last meal ....
When I arrived on the 13 th ....yes I was a little nervous but she put me at ease immediately....
I felt very safe in her hands which instilled confidence in me for the young lady to do her job.,...brilliant
Apparently I sang through the procedure and said I could go through that again as I didn't feel a thing ...
Cannot find enough words to say to the young surgeon how wonderful she is ,I've not left her name for one reason ,with extractions ,implants etc they would be asking for this young surgeon all the time to do their procedure especially if they are a nervous patient like myself ....
So I will say this... 10 out of 10 for her professionalism,...
10 out of 10 for her patience and kindness
10 out of 10 for her gentleness and care to an old lady ..
