Great customer service from everyone I came into contact with, they couldn’t have been more helpful. Great repair too and they went above and beyond. Although I hope there is no need, I would definitely use the Whitby Rd branch again and can thoroughly recommend.

There was only one place that I was going to take my car for repair.
I’m so glad I chose this branch (St Phillips). They saved me a lot of money compared to a full body shop repair and another quote for three times as much.The dent is completely gone and the quality of work is top-tier. Professional, honest, and very skilled.

I chose Dentmagic ( Whitby Road) due to their outstanding reputation and practice and was not disappointed. From start to finish they have been amazing, kind, helpful, honest and have done a phenomenal job on my car. They have guided me through each stage, provided me with a courtesy car and kept to their time limits. They are faultless and I highly recommend them.

Awful experience. NEW SCRATCHES! WORK NOT COMPLETED! Firstly you are asked to take photos of the scratches you want work done to, DON’T DO THIS TAKE IT IN! We were assured it would it take the day to resolve, having clarified twice. Arriving at 8am the gentleman then bluntly pointed out we had ‘only quoted for one door’ (this was not the case) we then proceeded to go round and asses the car multiple times. To which I had confirmation one side would be ‘done for free as would only require buffing.’ A rather bizarre question of ‘do you need this perfect for selling’ was asked, to which I confirmed no I needed this due to a hit and run, however this highlighted other parts of the car also needed attention. From that moment was the car then not treated as it would if it was going to be sold… I can’t answer that. We were then told we would need to pick up the car the next day. Multiple comments were made by that individual about photos not always being clear for the quote. This is surely your format error and maybe should offer in person quotes again? We then pick the car up the following day. Only one side has been done (to a good standard I will say) however the ‘free’ work wasn’t even touched, not only this there are now NEW scratches I have to get resolved. The lady who then dealt with us, again, tried to blame it on the photos/us. (baring in mind you can literally see the fuel cap in the image) We have used this company multiple times and we will never be returning. Shameful to blame the customer for your own system not working.

I had a shallow dent on my front near side wheel arch. Dentmagic central quoted me £156 to paintless dent remove the issue. The dent has been completely removed and all the staff are helpful and informative. I am delighted with the service at Dentmagic and will most definitely use this company again,
with no hesitation.

Professional and a superb job it really is magic how they repair dents and scratches

The quality of the work was perfect, absolutely spot on. But what really made this such a great experience was the customer service. Mark was so incredibly helpful and friendly, managing to accommodate my ultra last-minute request, and really did everything he could to help me out.

Had the mobile van come to me and again the chap was super friendly and helpful, got the job done to a very high standard and everything was easy and smooth.

Would use Dentmagic again with no hesitation whatsoever, really great people!

They were honest, helpful and constructive. Told me the limits of what they could do and charged a fair price.

Did an excellent job - looks like new. Had repair and respray of front O/S wing, bumper and rear N/S wing. Quote was £1400 cheaper than the main dealer- it took them 1 1/2 days. Kept me informed. Offered a Courtesy Car if needed. Would recommend.
