I have bought various pieces of clothing from Derek
Rose over the years, and have found the quality of their fabrics, as well as the style and designs to be exceptional I am very pleased with my purchases, and when I need to return or exchange an item the customer service response is excellent. They are a very user friendly company to deal with, and the items are always delivered in a timely manner, as promised.

Exceptional product and service
Ordered personalised pjs online. Made a mistake with the thread color, so I emailed them and got an immediate response confirming what I would like. Spoke to a lovely lady called Lynn, who was extremely helpful. I received my two personalised pjs in less than 48 hours of placing the order. The pjs came in beautiful packaging. Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service - to the level I've never experienced before. I contacted customer service to ask about a pyjama I had seen, but couldn't find anywhere and had, to be honest given up on. Fay, the service agent, somehow found it - in stock I suppose, because it was not online, so they must have made an exception for me, so I could buy even though it was from an earlier season. She had everything prepared for me in an easy two-click link and now the pyjama is already on its way to me. You don't find this level of service everywhere and I'm truly astonished.

Our favorite leisure clothing brand
We started with just one t-shirt and now , already for few years, it's my husband's favorite brand for leisure clothing - he owns at least 30 t-shirts (pima cotton and linen), shorts, trousers and now also swimming shorts.
The quality of the garments is exceptional - they are soft, breathable and they last! My husband wears them daily and he loves them!
As an online customer , we would also like to add that the whole shopping process is seamless and with utmost attention to details - starting with the packaging design, fast delivery process and attentive and personal customer service.

A men's dressing gown I wanted to buy as a birthday present was, unfortunately, out of stock. Fay in Customer Services, said she would let me know when it was again available. This she did and, within one day of her email, I had received it. It was beautifully packed, and the quality is excellent.

I purchased clothing from Derek Rose that were lovely however the fit on the particular items did not work for me. The returns and refund process was excellent. I lost my favorite pair of Derek Rose slides and PJ's on a international flight and was bummed to see they were no longer available online. I contacted customer care and they found an exact size and pattern match and promptly shipped to me. Excellent service and products.

Perfect pyjamas
This is my fourth order from Derek Rose and, as usual, it was dealt with efficiently and speedily. My pyjamas arrived four days after my order was placed, even though I live outside the UK. I love them! They are beautifully made, comfortable and wash well as I found out from my first order a few years ago. Thank you Derek Rose.

Amazing customer service other retailers could learn from
I ordered a few items early on in the seasonal sale and subsequently found they had been reduced further - I was contemplating returning the items but thought I’d ask customer service if they would honour the price difference - and they did, immediately! Absolutely brilliant customer service and absolutely brilliant quality clothing. I’m a very happy customer who couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Not cheap but well worth the money
I hesitated for a while before making a purchase as I didn’t think I could justify the price.
Then I ordered a nightshirt as I fancied a change from pyjamas with an elasticated waist.
I had an issue with the item but customer service was truly excellent and my issue was resolved very quickly.
Sizing is on the large side, but the web site does have a handy sizing guide
