Placed order 5/07/2026 and they sat on it for several days before filling, then text me early the following Monday morning to confirm my address (bizarre!) and I specifically said to cx and refund if it's not shipped out. Well, they neither cx & refunded nor did they ship it that day and I'm not expected to receive it until 5/18/2026 and we're both on the East Coast.

Nevermind the quality of the product, I intend to procure some kratom from local tobacco shop & return the item whenever it arrives.

Really wished I'd've looked them up on TrustPilot before ordering, but hopefully others will avoid making the same mistake. It's evident they couldn't care less and I'm willing to wager the product is inferior as well.

1st time visiting website, gave a discount code that didn't work and when I tried to chat with someone about it. No one ever came to the chat

Ordered from Destino Farms and after over a week, USPS tracking still shows “Label Created – USPS Awaiting Item.” The company repeatedly claimed the package was dropped off but never provided proof, and USPS confirmed they have not received it and only a label was created. Promised follow-ups never happened, and communication stopped heading into the weekend making it be over a week since I ordered and a shipping label was created but no package has ever been dropped off despite them claiming that all packages are shipped by 2:00 p.m. the same day they are ordered! Be cautious if you are ordering from this company as you may never see the product and have to go through disputing with your bank like I am.
