You can’t go wrong with Dewenwils Wireless Remote Control Outlets they are simply the best .. top-notch with great value

I bought 4 Dewenwils Pool Pump Timers for two 240v pool pumps, one for 110v pool lights, and one for 110v water features. They’ve been running flawlessly for 3 years on different daily routines, integrated with Amazon Alexa for additional flexibility. I had to replace one of them after two years. Expired warranty. Saved thousands vs an integrated system like I had at our previous home. It was a pain running all the connected wires through conduit and it doesn’t look pretty. The WiFi Blackhawk router is about 50 feet from the outside boxes attached to brick. No issues. Recommended for DIYers. All weekend project for those comfortable with wiring.

During a time when so many products are either garbage or force you to accept tracking along with full functionality, it’s wonderful to find such a useful, affordable, and well-made product.

This is the second DEWENWILS 200W Low Voltage Transformer I've purchased, and it’s been excellent. The voice and app controls are very easy to use, and the zone settings allow me to manage different outdoor devices separately. Plus, their website offers fantastic Black Friday discounts, making it a great deal for high-quality outdoor lighting control.

Their customer service is by email. The google contact phone number is not a USA number. Overall customer support is inadequate. I'm having problems with my transformer and can't get help to fix or replace. Time is ticking on the manufacturer's warranty deadline. No personal contact. You should have a human that speaks your language help.

Purchased 3x remote control plug socket each with 3 units back in 2021. Had a problem with 1 today (2025) so contacted customer service for advice, thinking I may have to replace it. A prompt response and very clear instructions on how to fix the issue and guess what? 3rd attempt and it works perfectly. Great communication and super products.

They promptly sent the timers but were “returned to sender” during the delivery. Their customer service has not responded to my emails.
Won’t buy this product again. Ever. Use a different brand and save time, money and aggravation. POS

I bought their 3 pack of remote control sockets recently from Amazon.
After a few months one of the sockets stopped working completely, tried resetting it but no joy.
Ok, you could say it was a one-off, it happens with electronics...
Within a few weeks another of the three stopped working also.
Now we only have 1 working socket.
Quite a lot of 1 star reviews on Amazon indicate that this is a common problem and the products are perhaps designed to fail, or just poor quality and don't last.

Bought the light sockets, with a remote. Kids lost it and they do not sell replacement remotes. What a waste of money . They offer no help.

Dewenwils products work, but seems to me they are designed with planned obsolescence. Bought a Dimmer outlet switch with remote that I've had for a couple years but it was only in the covered patio with string lights plugged into that were only occasionally used for special occasion get together occasions and not some everyday use. Probably used maybe 100 times at most and it stopped working. A really poorly made product in my opinion especially for an outlet that really doesn't do anything or experience any wear and tear, it literally only conducts the electrical current as an in-between rather than plugging the lights directly into the outlet. It's very clear this product is designed to only work for a certain amount of time or clicks. I find myself not being interested in any of this dewinwils companies other products. This product should not fail like this with its limited use. I can see it being designed knowing that it'll only be used seasonal and going bad after a certain amount of clicks. Very disappointed that Dewenwils products just aren't designed to last and perform. Maybe costco has a similar product i could invest in.

We have several of their sprinkler timers that work ok. Bought another to expand our garden. It fell apart right out of the box. It claims to have a 1 year warranty, just e mail them, and they will get back to you in 24 hours. I e mailed immediately with pictures of the broken item. I came up with a possible fix, that may save having to ship it back etc. I e mailed about the possible fix and that it didn't work (with pics ). It's been over a week and not even a canned response. Save yourself the problems. Do business with a reputable company, not Dewenwils.

Mix and match TV remote control style controllers or wall switch on/off toggle controllers. Up to 5 outlets can be controlled with one remote. Quality is acceptable, reliability is good and price is fair. More secure than Wi-Fi smarthome products as uses radio frequency and very quick with no network latency or dependence on logging in to Google Home etc.
