From first contact via email to purchase was excellent, staff very helpful and understanding when we had to delay delivery. I explained shortage of space and staff were not one bit pushy but told me not to worry and when I was ready to contact her. Most pleasant experience. Delivery excellent and on time stated. We were waiting to move into our house and the delivery of our beds was not for a few days and I emailed and ask if I could have them any quicker and they got back onto me straight away and I had the beds within 2 days! We were so happy we could move into our house quicker.

Excellent quality and comfortable bed
I am extremely happy with my new DFI bed. The quality of the materials and the overall finish are excellent. From the first night, I noticed a big improvement in comfort and support, especially for my back. The mattress and bed frame feel very sturdy, well made, and provide a great night's sleep.
The delivery and service were also excellent, with helpful and professional staff throughout the process. It feels like a great investment and I would highly recommend DFI to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality bed.

I only got my mattress delivered this morning and the plastic packaging has not been removed I don’t mind paying extra for a bed with handles as this is what I was looking for in the first place if I could return the mattress and order one with handles I would much appreciate this.

Very Comfy Harmony Ottoman Bed
We had originally ordered the Hope bed which is a divian bed as our 17month old daughter will no longer go to the cott so we had to do something for comfort as we had a double bed and myself and my wife were waking up with bad backs as she would lie horizontal rather then vertical on the bed. so we looked into superking. I measured the room but didn't take into account the measurements to get the bed from the door outside to the top of the stairs as old house renovated. Anthony arrived and we tried all but no luck so he had to bring back to their office and i asked him is there any other solution.
DFI came back and were very helpful on the phone and suggested the Ottoman bed. As i used humm i had to see if they could loan me a little more and thankfully no issue so we agreed to go with the harmony ottoman and within the usual business days the new bed finally came. We got the headboard upstairs thankfully and Paul did the assembly as i booked that with my booking and after all was set up we finally got the bed we needed. Got my first night sleep last night with the new bed and so comfy. Def worth it

The bed frame is fabulous absolutely love it and great quality! I am only docking stars because the delivery driver would only leave it in my hall and wouldnt bring it upstairs. I know you dont do assembley and thats fine but to drop at the door and be told no because he has a hernia ? Very poor. I ordered my matress from a different company and their delivery drivers very kindly brought it up for me.

I had the best customer experience with…
I had the best customer experience with this company.
Firstly, Danni in the Customer Service Departmenylt us great to deal with. She looked after my orders promptly, replied to my emails promptly. She made a change to one order without complication, and understood exactly what I requested.
The absolute STAR of this company is Shane, the delivery driver. He delivered to my home. He texted me the day before delivery and arrived exactly on time. A real gentleman , courteous, friendly professional.
However, I am so impressed with his delivery to my niece the following week. My niece had received the keys to her new house and was anxious as a so gle mother to get beds delivered. Shane went out of his way to ensure that Sarah received her delivery late on Thursday evening even though the initial date was on Friday. This was to accommodate a young mother to ensure she moved in on time. It was an exceptionally kind gesture especially. Shane also helped put the headboards on the beds for her.
I had spoken with Shane the previous day and explained the situation and got a phone call on the day of delivery saying that he would ensure he delivered to Sarah that day.
The beds are absolutely beautiful, fantastic quality, deep mattresses. They are a fabulous product.
This is such a great company, wonderful people working there, quality products and the best customer service I have experienced.
Again, a huge shout out to and a sincere thank you to Shane who is an absolute credit to the company.
