This is the third bed I’ve purchased and have no complaints. Ordering was easy and delivery options plentiful. The delivery process is always great, arrived on the date chosen and within the timeframe agreed. I would definitely recommend DFI.

As discussed, this item is supplied by one of our external manufacturing partners rather than produced in-house. We have already been in direct contact with the supplier regarding this issue and a replacement headboard panel, along with the required fittings/bolts, has been arranged for redelivery to you.

Delivery was very prompt and Shane was very impressive as he kept contact to update on delivery time excellent service throughout. He put the bed together in mins lovely man. 5 stars for Shane.
