Normally the shops will apply for the finance help. ( interest free).But DFS just gave our details and the company keep asking uploading informations . We did it still asking for it . It could have been avoided .

New Sofa
New Sofa - we are first time buyers and were recommended DFS in Banbury. The whole experience was nothing but easy. Blake met us on the Friday and gave us some fantastic advice to measure the floor with tape and we were back the next day with measurements to make magic happen! The choosing, buying and advice was seemless and Blake made the whole experience easy. We can't wait for the sofa's to arrive and start filling our new home, but the heart of the living room will definitely be our sofas! Thank you!

My experience went well
My experience went well. Paul was polite and informative.
Spoilt for choice with such a large showroom.
The only downside [ hence the 4 stars] is that i had to wait quite some time before being served.

Great service and helpful knowledgeable, information from Max. This was our second visit and he was really helpful and approachable both times. Did not feel pressured or uncomfortable.
