We are going to the DFS store In Banbury and we have wonderful services from the lady chrol she helping us to find the right stuff and also put us in the right direction. We are very happy with the service. I was a young gentleman. Name is Matt. He’s doing also very good service as well we definitely go to the Store again to do more shopping thank you

Absolutely horrible service, me and my wife went into the Banbury store and picked out a sofa we liked, when we spoke with 1 of the employees he told us that we should consider finance as thats what he highly recommended, so we did he took my information suggested we leave a £300 deposit which we did then he told us anything was sorted and we would receive a email with our delivery date, but around 20mins after we left I got a call to say that the finance company declined my application, and I would receive my deposit back in 3 to 5 days which didn’t happen so after 6 phone calls and over 2weeks waiting I finally received my deposit back

To begin with it was very helpful that your Banbury shop is very local to where I live. The shop feels spacious and calm, with appealing room settings as you walk in. On my first exploratory visit I was greeted by Holly who helpfully directed me to the area of the shop where I would find the type of reclining sofa for which I was searching. She didn't hassle me but left me to explore until she saw that I had found one about which I might need further information. She was helpful and friendly and made the experience entirely pleasurable. I returned next day with my husband to purchase to sofa and this time we were met by Max, who was very pleased to hear that we did wish to make a purchase of the sofa on which we were sitting. He invited us to have coffee and fetched his lap top . He provided us with all the information we needed while we sat in comfort. He, too, was friendly and interesting and made the parting with money to acquire a new sofa a relaxing interlude.

One of the things my husband and I really do not like is the high pressure sales guys in stores such as DFS. We walked in and we were acknowledged, great. We wandered around til we found The One and sat for a few mins. Looked up, decision made, and the sales guy was there. Great.

We were looking to buy a new sofa but unsure on fabrics and colours. Cheryl was really helpful so we could make a real visual choice. We were not pushed into anything but guided throughout the process.

We’ve purchased sofas from DFS for many years and have always been impressed with the quality. We replaced our sofas today, and Cheryl at the store was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. She guided us through the different options and really helped us make up our minds. Excellent customer service and another great experience with DFS.
