DFS Furniture - Barnstaple Reviews 

I was well informed at every stage, spent time showing me various options and showed me how easy it was to operate the bed of the sofa bed I then purchased.
However it would have been nice to have had the option of buying the foam mattress rather than the spring. Maybe DFS should consider this in the future.
Otherwise excellent service and a lovely cup of latte!

Tim at the Barnstaple DFS store was very helpful and informative. Checked through things extremely well .
We also met Jim who doubled checked with us that everything was correct . He also made us a coffee which was much appreciated.

Visited the store to browse and found a sofa we liked. Manager was very helpful with information and allowed us to think about everything, not at all pushy. Returned to store 2 days later having decided to make a purchase, again manager very helpful, ran through everything before we committed and made the process very straightforward including applying for finance.

Kieran was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive throughout. Advised of all the relevant information, all our questions were answered. Appreciated not being pressured by the usual hard sell, I usually walk away at this point.
Hopefully the rest of the process goes as smooth.

We dropped in for a conservatory settee @ Barnstaple DFS and walked out having bought a new lounge settee instead 😂. The young last who helped us was not at all pushy but went out of her way to help, showing us various different options and talking us through every step with a relaxed and friendly style. Staff were very friendly, I had been trying to find the right sofa for weeks as I had a specific list of things I wanted and had struggled to find a sofa that ticked all my boxes. I found staff extremely helpful, looking for multiple options and configurations for me online and being very friendly whilst doing so. I left feeling very happy with our sofa choice.
