DFS Furniture - Birmingham Reviews 

Went to DFS store in Birmingham to look for a sofa and chair. Found what i wanted thanks to Kev for helping me choose the right one for my home

We bought our DFS Furniture today and were glad that Bally at Birmingham DFS was very helpful. It was a very positive experience, which we will also mention to others.

Staff that she served as her name is Summer she is wonderful, given good advice, she is helpful.

Greeted on arrival by Jimmy after we looked around he helped with any questions we had and got the sale in.

The assistant was really helpful pleasant. Answered all my questions as well just chatting in general made me feel comfortable was very patient. Made it so easy

Jimmy did not rush me ha allowed me time to try out all the furniture I wanted to try he was very helpful and answered all my questions Didn't feel pressurised to decide then and there

She was knowledgeable, patient, and gave us all the information we needed without ever being pushy or making us feel pressured into making a decision.

The reception was lovely, the lady that attended to us was superb.

Summer greeted us with a lovely smile when we arrived . She was knowledgeable about the products, the various fabrics and how to look after them. Summer made herself discreetly available without pressurising us into making any decisions and patiently answering any questions and queries.
Her demeanour is sunny, very pleasant and warm, which reflects her name! A first class service Summer.
