We were looking at several different couches and then settled on one. Bianca in the Blanchardstown store really helped us find the right combination for the couch and explained everything with ease and how to maintain the couch. It was very pleasant experience and she was very knowledgeable.

We ordered a new sofa from d.f.s.which was delivered on time but after a couple we noticed the back of the sofa wasn't sitting right so went back to the store in blanch where we purchased the sofa explained the situation to a member of staff and within 3 days they sent out an engineer to fix it .which he did after a bit of tweaking so we're very happy with our experience with d.f.s.
