Very helpful and polite

The salesperson was a lovely gentleman who knew what he’s talking about and spent 3 hours with us. He had many years of experience and with this he helped to design and choose the right sofa for us. Can’t thank him enough. Thank you Rishiken (if I spelt it right).

We visited the store at Brent Cross today and we were impressed by the patience and professionalism of the store members and especially Jaz. She spent a lot of time with us helping to choose the best furniture for our long waited new home. She answered all our questions professionally and explained the advantages and disadvantages of the different materials and sofa types. Highly recommend this store.

Very efficient and easy to order, staff were very friendly and explained the whole process. Dealt with lady called Jaz.

On the day of delivery the driver scratched my wooden floor and he said not to worry and took some pictures and said that someone will call to repair and so on. When no one called I called the customer service and they asked me to send the photos which I did and after couple of days they said that driver has no re-collection of damaging my floor. This was a blatant lie of the highest order as I was present throughout the delivery and fittings and one of their faulty slider caused the damage. THEY LIED BLATANTLY and after complaining to their chairman nothing happended and was passed on my complain to their useless customer services and they just protected their delivery drivers or the drivers just lied through their teeth to save their jobs.

I had a great experience with DSF. The service was excellent, and I really appreciate the help I received from Sofia She was very kind, patient, and professional. Thank you.

Rash, was the employee at DFS Brent Cross and made the process very smooth. He was personable, knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect furniture for our new home. He went above and beyond’s beyond and carried on chatting to us even after we made the purchase. He is a salesman but not once did he pressure us to make any sale and was a true professional throughout.

Liona the sales person was very understanding of our requirements.

We spoke to Ilona who was very helpful, bringing us samples and giving us advice about how the sofa would be moved into our house with a tight staircase. We knew from the website that the sofa we were interested in would not be available to see in the store, but she showed us other sofas using similar material and fillings to give us an idea of what to expect. She also gave us advice on how to care for the sofa.
