Sweeda was great ! Very professional, patient and helpful

I visited a couple of sofa stores, but what made me choose this one and help with my decision was Steve, the manager. He was friendly, energetic, and extremely knowledgeable. He spent around three hours with me, patiently answering all my questions and making sure everything from measurements to sofa care was thoroughly explained. I never felt rushed, and his attention to detail really stood out which I return I trusted to make the purchase with confidence. I’d definitely recommend asking for Steve and will be recommending him to family and friends. He’s a real asset to the store, I hope he continues to be recognised and is rewarded with the success he deserves.

Your agent explained all coast clearly so there was no hidden charges

I had a very disappointing experience at this furniture store. I visited with the intention of purchasing a coffee table, and the item I wanted required minimal effort to process no more than five minutes. Despite there being around 20 minutes left before closing time, that lady was unhelpful and unwilling to assist.

Instead of accommodating a quick and straightforward purchase, she simply told me to come back the next day. There was no attempt to help, no flexibility, and no consideration for the customer. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially given that the store was still open and the request was so simple.

Next day I have visited DFS Slough store , they were helpful and even gave me £20 discount on delivery.

Customer service like this leaves a negative impression and makes me hesitant to return. I would expect a business to value its customers’ time and make reasonable efforts to assist them, particularly during operating hours.

My husband and I have just purchased a recliner chair from DFS in Brentford. We found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and professional.

A sales staff by the name of Sadia had dealt with out order from the Brentford branch, she was very professional and had explained everything clearly, her mannerism was perfect which came along with a pleasant smile and her customer services skills was off the scale in my opinion, everything was dealt with in perfect time and all questions answered with no issues, more stores need staff like her who make customers feel welcome and happy they have purchased the correct product, overall I was very happy with today’s phurchase and will definitely shop here again and recommends branch to others

I purchased the Brooker leather three and two seaters in July and was delivery on 3 October 2025. Delivery took forever. The settees are very uncomfortable, not wide enough and the leather is isn't even soft.

A very expensive mistake. I wish I could return the settees. Visitors to my home even complain how uncomfortable the chairs are.

I note that the Brooker full range has been discountinued.

Sadia was amazing, very attentive and customer focused. Our two visits to the Brentford branch encountering her both the times was really encouraging to get our desired coloured sofa. Thanks Sadia, also the store manager on Easter BH was welcoming, despite of short of staff and busy day, he was smiling and supporting each customer.

Very friendly staff, helpful and gave good advice when needed. Be prepared to wait if busy or running on reduced staff but they got to us when they could. Wish the wait wasn't quite so long to have items delivered!

The customer service person was very approachable, no hard sell just happy to listen to my preferences and advise accordingly without feeling pressured. Very knowledgable, friendly and supportive. I am thoroughly happy with my purchase, I feel lucky to have had such a good customer experience today.

We were given time yo look around and when we needed help it was easy to find someone and we got looked after straight away. The sales assistant was so lovely and gave us all correct information. Offered us coffee and put us all at ease when we had so many questions!
