DFS Furniture - Brigg Reviews 

Loved going into DFS, they was very welcoming. Had a great chat with the sales advisor and there was no pushy sales tactics, just a few 'what type of sofa are you looking for', that sort of stuff. Had a nice of tea whilst browsing aswell.

Excellent experience buying the sofa I wanted in the Brigg store. Never hassled, until I made contact with the member of staff. Then the staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable with offering information regarding the sofa I wanted and all the options available to me.
He even then provided some entertainment/ distraction for my little boy with a spot the avengers game, while we concentrated on the sofa purchase.
Overall, very happy with my experience and purchase.

DFS Brigg has a great selection well displayed. Sales team were not overbearing. They were friendly and helpful when required. So making a for a relaxing not pressured time. Charlotte helped us see our choices and fabrics on a large screen which was immensely helpful. She took our final order. Backed up and abley supported by Dean. Great job thanks.

The store was very well presented, with a huge selection of furniture. The staff were welcoming and attentive but not pushy. But, they were there when needed.
Dean was very knowledgeable and efficient, guiding us through the ordering process, and what happens next after the order was placed.

Brilliant, there is no pushy sales person but Carol was happy to help, a very easy process from Brigg.

Extremely disappointed with both DFS and their delivery company, ordered 2 chairs, late June, different types, before ordering we were guaranteed that they were in stock and would be with us within a week, so we paid full amount, received a phone call on day of delivery informing us 14 mins out with chair, do you mean chairs, no only one , apparently other chair was out of stock, we wanted to cancel as the chair would not be with us before Aug 1st, and we would lose 10% of the order, not 10% of the undelivered chair, would not let me speak to area manger, when informed that I had started complaint via Ombudsman and that the ombudsman wanted a deadlock letter they got in touch telling us they did not do deadlock letter and were willing to give us some compensation, recd notification yesterday that chair would be delivered 10/08, today we got notification that they still had not recd delivery and it would not be before 22/08.

Disgraceful service by both DFS and their delivery company, who appear not to work together. Both shrugging issue of on each other.

Shop was a nice environment, staff very welcoming and not pushy very knowledgeable and available at all times to answer any questions what a wonderful place to buy furniture from.
