Possibly one of the nicest retail experiences I’ve had.
From the moment we walked in the door, it was nice to not be pestered by a sales person - we found a member of staff once we’d had a wander round and found a few sofa’s we were interested in.

Matt was really helpful in answering the questions we had, and sent us all the information we needed to be able to go away and double check measurements etc…

Upon returning, we asked to deal with Matt as he knew what we had discussed previously. He made the buying experience super easy and had a good laugh whilst we were at it!

Overall we were super happy with our experience and can’t wait to receive our new sofa!

Very poor customer service ,

Been and bought a new sofa today, really happy with the purchase and the member of staff who dealt with us was really lovely. She explained everything really well and was very friendly and helpful. Will always use dfs, the best place to buy sofas

The women that had just started in Doncaster Carcroft (can’t remember her name sorry ) was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Helped us decide colours and explained everything really well to us. Lauren was also a great help when in store.

Staff were very helpful and informative, they left you browse without hounding you like other companies. And when we asked questions they were happy to help.

Had visited store a few times to make a decision on which sofa to purchase. On each occassion Sharnnon was welcoming and friendly and so pleased she was working on the day we decided to make final decision and purchase.
She was not only helpful but exaplained every detail about the purchase and 'extras' and so we were happy iwth everything we decuded upon. A credit to the company

Following a visit to the Bradford store and not being able to find the sofa we were looking for we travelled to your Doncaster store as we were told the sofa we wanted to look at was there. Really glad we made the trip, Jo was not pushy let us take a good look around and he let us know he was there if we had any questions. Our requests were certainly not straightforward but that was no problem for Jo, he helped us get exactly what we wanted. Thanks Jo your a credit to DFS and you made two people very happy today!

Greated as we came in the door, asked if we found anything online, showed him what we liked, had a look around and picked the sofa’s we liked, got shown all the options and talked us through all the extra’s that was provided, all in all, great customer service very fast and informative to someone who as never bought a sofa before (first home) ahah, thanks a lot

Lauren in Carcroft in Doncaster was very friendly and helpful for sorting the confusion to opt the right sofas and a coffee table for my house. She is truly like one of our family members to explains each details of the sofas which suits for the house and even paint. Our experience at dfs was fantastic the customer service and support was brilliant do apologise I totally forgot her name “pretty blonde woman” she was brilliant at explaining how everything works with our new sofa and how to maintain it!
