Sinead was absolutely fantastic to deal with. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of choosing my new couch. She took the time to understand what i was looking for, answered all my questions, and made the experience easy and enjoyable. Her knowledge and genuine customer care really stood out. Thanks to Sinead, I found the perfect couch. I couldn't recommend her highly enough!

Ann made our sofa-buying experience both enjoyable and effortless. From the moment we walked through the door, she greeted us with a warm smile and immediately offered her help.

She quickly understood exactly what we were looking for and took the time to talk us through the different options and customisations available. Thanks to her thoughtful questions about the layout of our room, we decided to add an extra recliner seat which was something we hadn't even considered but are so glad we chose.

During our visit to DFS, we also spotted a beautiful ostrich lamp that immediately caught my eye and appealed to my artistic side. Unfortunately, it was just a display piece and wasn't for sale. However, Ann went out of her way to find out where the store had sourced it from and even gave us the exact website so we could buy one ourselves. That level of customer service was completely unexpected and so appreciated. A huge thank you to Ann, we're sure the lamp will look incredible beside our new sofa.

We honestly couldn't be happier with the service we received. Ann was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right sofa rather than simply making a sale. Her honest advice and positive attitude made us feel welcome and valued throughout the entire process, which is something you don't often come across in sales.

A huge thank you to Ann for making the experience so enjoyable. She is a real credit to your company, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to all my family and friends. DFS is very lucky to have such a dedicated, bubbly and outstanding employee.

I just bought two leather couches from DFS Carrickmines yesterday and am delighted with the service, I delt with Anne the salesperson and was so impressed with her attention to detail. She clearly explained everything from purchase to delivery and everything in-between. She explained about floor gliders for safe movement of the couches to the care of the leather and the furniture guarantee, making the experience very pleasant.

I had a fantastic experience with Ann! She was extremely knowledgable and presented a range of options that were suitable to my needs. I walked into the shop unsure of what I wanted, but I left with a new sofa!

Very bad service. Recieved the item with scratches and returned. Asked for refund. The general manager called me and talked in a sarcastic and insulting way.

Sinead helped me with picking out and purchasing my sofa today in carickmines and she was so patient and so helpful!
