DFS Furniture - Christchurch Reviews 

After visiting DFS last week, I came across a member of staff called Sue, after looking around the store, I decided which suite and single chair we would like, after sitting with me and talking about the suite for awhile, she gave me a book with different colours this week could be in, once I narrowed it down to 3 colours, Sue gave me three swatches to take Home as she explained the lighting in the store can be totally different towards what it’s like at home, after one week of deciding, I’ve been back in the store today and that Sue once again, to place my order, she was very friendly, caring , understanding and answered all my questions that I needed answered,
Sue then proceeded to offer me a five year extended warranty which I took on.
Congratulations to DFS in Christchurch, Sue is a massive asset to your store

I bought a sofa from Christchurch DFS today &. Gintare served me. She was very helpful & patient with me. Answered all my questions & gave me all the information I needed to know.
When you are getting a bit older& have to make big decisions on your own, it can be quite daunting.
So she was lovely, thank you Gintare.

Having had two DFS sofas for the past 15 years I decided to buy again. Maxine the DFS sales consultant was very patient as it took me a number of visits and a complete room change to find the right piece of furniture. Her knowledge and helpfulness was invaluable. I cannot thank her enough she is excellent at her job. I would definite recommend a visit to the Christchurch showroom.

The environment was pleasant the adviser was friendly and didn’t hurry me and was clear with every aspect of the transaction.

The advisor was very detailed with talking about the sofas and went over every point which was brilliant made sure we was comfortable with everything we was doing, we took our time making sure it was right for us and the family!! Very good service
