Good customer service
Tehseen was very helpful as we needed to ensure the sofa would fit into the property so he helped measure and showed us how the sofa comes apart and explained how it would be delivered and put together when in the property.

Finding what I needed
I came in not knowing anything and needing a sofa, a young lady called Scarlet was a great help, she showed me round explaining the difference in the cushions and comforts, thanks to her i felt a valued customer and went away knowing i had got what I wanted

from a complaint to a 5 star review!
I needed to speak to the manager about a situation and she handled it with empathy and understanding, which I really appreciated. I then met with the assistant store manager who took my order. He was really friendly, chatty and informative - i felt really at ease and happy with my decision to not allow my initial issue to stop me from using the store and purchasing my dream sofa

We looked around the store for a new reclining corner sofa but couldn’t find one we liked. We were just about to leave when Aisha asked us if we’d seen a sofa that someone had returned. She showed us how it worked and was very helpful. We decided to purchase the sofa. If she hadn’t had suggested it, we would have left without ordering one. Thank you Aisha.
