The sales person Scarlett was very helpful and patient whilst we made our choice. She explained everything to us carefully also.

The assistant Scarlet was a very pleasant and efficient young lady. She gave a very concise explanation of the furniture and finance deals. Scarlet was not pushy. Allowing time for you to make up your mind. A pleasant experience.

Great customer service. The store staff were very friendly and approachable. They answered all our questions and gave us the space and time to look around and figure out what we wanted. A fuss free experience from start to finish.

The shop was clean and well presented. They let us look around without pressure but let us know she was there when we are ready. Faz helped guide us to the right choices with add ons etc. She had all the information we needed, the process was quick and officent, double checking everything. She very friendly. Very happy with the service and our choice in sofa. Would highly recommend

We are really pleased with the service we received whilst buying our sofa. Faz was really helpful, insightful and clearly had expert knowledge of sofas and how to keep them well maintained.

I was welcomed by fazanah on entering DFS colne showroom.
She was lovely. Friendly. Chatty & really relaxed approach! Told us to just enjoy & have a seat on anything we liked the look of.
I then approached her for assistance. Before that, she left us to it. No pushing. No up sales. Just listened & advised.
She made the whole experience an absolute pleasure! Wonderful asset to the store! If you’re thinking of buying a sofa please go & see her.
The service was second to non. I purchased my dream sofa & it couldn’t have been more smooth & pleasurable.

Delivery however is a different matter…
I waited in all day for delivery only to watch the van drive past and receive a txt to say it had been failed delivery and rescheduled!
When I called DFS & spoke to someone they told me I had to now await re delivery. I explained I had my settee taken out cause my new one was arriving today as scheduled & I’m now without a settee… so I now have to wait up to a week to receive it! And that’s if they will
Deliver!! This was a Friday at 4pm. They probably just wanted to get home!
She told me I couldn’t raise a complaint until my settee arrived and I couldn’t speak to anyone else in regards to the matter cause she had dealt with it! Very poor delivery service. Do not recommend!
