This was the 1st time I've dealt with DFS and spoke to a customer service representative in Darlington who, was extremely pleasant and very helpful. I ordered a sofabed and recliner chair and it was a pleasure dealing with this person

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star…awful…
I wouldn’t even give them 1 star…awful customer care. Every time we chase for an update you get fobbed off with the usual excuse that the store have got to call you..which takes 3 days and they never call. We’ve been waiting for 2 weeks for them to ‘update’ their system!! We’ve been promised numerous call backs with updates and they just don’t bother. Really wouldn’t recommend, save your money and go somewhere else..you might actually get your sofa then..or a phone call back as promised!!

Great customer experience start to finish. Sean (from the uk) was very helpful easy to understand and took time explaining everything in detail. Could not say one thing to fault the service provider. Working from home is not easy but sean did a perfect job on delivering a top quality service
