Excellent service provided at this branch from Lisa. She answered all of our questions and went through everything to make sure we were happy with the selection. The branch has a large range of sofas on display and it's a pleasant environment. Purchased my first sofa and super happy with my choice.

I visited DFS along the A10 twice, first to look at the choices available and second to make a purchase, both times we were assisted by Molly who was friendly, knowledgable and not pushy. She thoroughly explained our options in colour, styles and payment options. We felt very well looked after.

My wife, daughter and I recently visited DFS Enfield as we were looking for a sofa for our living room and a sofa bed for our daughter’s room. We received excellent service from Saif, who was extremely helpful, polite and professional. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed and patiently explained the different options available. Ravi, the Floor Manager, was also very friendly, supportive and made sure everything went smoothly. We really appreciated their genuine approach, patience and excellent customer service. It was the way the staff approached us very friendly but a professional way iqbal was very understanding for our needs helped us make a decision about choosing our sofas and helped us with our measurements I would go to dfs again

We’ve used DFS on a number of occasions always found the service excellent and the sofas that we bought in the past have always been been of good quality the after sales is also good when needed the store at The branch and enfield on the A10 are knowledgeable and friendly. And very helpful 

My experience was good I even got a free coffee why I was there it was lovely i could smell the coffee as I walked in there I like the corner sofabed I ordered but I am waiting for it to arrive still
